I feel like you need to find a stylist that doesn’t make appts through text. Like book through a website. I use a lot of small shop owners for my hair / brows / lashes / waxes and they all have online booking so there is no confusion and maintains a professional vibe. I have their cells in case of last minute issues, but otherwise it’s all online. |

I feel like you need to find a stylist that doesn’t make appts through text. Like book through a website. I use a lot of small shop owners for my hair / brows / lashes / waxes and they all have online booking so there is no confusion and maintains a professional vibe. I have their cells in case of last minute issues, but otherwise it’s all online. Oh my lady uses text too because the girls in the front kept making mistakes. Good ones can do it by text and make it work. I would get some new recommendations from friends |

Up to 30 with no update from a staff member. Potentially longer if they stop by/appologize/explain/offer me something for my wait.
I would not go back in this case and I left my stylist who I used to text because she was so bad at scheduling/replying. It’s not the most professional way to run a pricey business.

Never have I ever made an appointment via text. I just booked with my stylist via text. Then I received a text confirmation from her scheduling system so I know she put me on her calendar correctly. Huzzah! |

This doesn’t work until after your first visit but I book my next 1-2 appointments when I’m there. Then if we need to change, we do that over text.
