Hello! It has been a while and I know most have outgrown the cloth diaper stage. But could use help to refresh memory on cloth diaper laundry? I used Nella’s with my others, as Tide is a no go for anything that my kids wear due to sensitivities. For BF newborn, No need to spray, but should do a rinse cycle first, then a Hot(?)wash cycle, then rinse, followed by dry inserts, but air dry anything with PUL…
Is this correct? Am I missing anything?
I’m scared to go searching elsewhere and fall into fluff love territory, if it is still around…

Also, my diapers have been in (indoor) storage, so am I good to just do a quick wash before starting to use them again?

It's been a good while for me, but yes, give them a good wash before use.
And for everyday washing you'll want to run a rinse and spin cycle to get rid of the BF poop and pee. Then add your detergent of choice and run a hot/heavy duty cycle with an extra rinse. Then dry as you see fit!

+1 to pbandj714. And if anything doesn't work, you can adjust from there. A basic wash is probably fine for bringing the diapers out of storage, but I would probably be inclined to use a little bleach. Just so that you know you're starting from square 1 and that you can make sure that nothing from storage is causing issues.
