Any graphic designers available to help me?

I had a friend create a program for Chris' memorial tomorrow and when I went to upload to Staples to print it wants to print as 4 separate pages and not as a booklet.  I tried to print as a booklet in Adobe and save as a pdf but it affected the image quality drastically.  I don't know what to do and I'm panicking.  I have until NOON to upload to be able to pick these up today and I have been trying to create a document in Canva and can't get it to work and I'm going to have a panic attack very shortly (and that is not hyperbole).  My friend is on a plane for work travel today so they can't help me.  Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

Can you physically take the files to the printer or another printer and get them to figure it out? I’ve done that with printing that I can’t figure out and the printer knows stuff/has software that can fix it quickly.

Do you have a plan B if you run out of time? Print it as 4 pages and not a booklet if you have to.
