I thought it might be nice to start the year off by sharing organizations that you donate to that you would like to share. Life can be hard, let's try to share the burden.

The big ones in our family are our local Habitat chapter. And Rotary International.
I’m sure localized US non-profits have so much more direct impact and I love that.

Our local chapter of Campfire USA does amazing work with kiddos after school and has a great weekend food program that I donate to whenever I can.
I designate my annual United Way donation to go partly to Susan G. Komen foundation in support of two aunts and a grandma who have fought breast cancer and partly to At Ease which helps active military, veterans, and families during and after deployment.
Recently I’ve been donating to the local college specifically to help purchase study manuals and pay exam fees for things like professional credential exams, board exams, and taking the GRE. I remember stressing about missing stuff when I was trying to study out of a two year old manual I got at the library when I was taking my designation exams before getting a job.
