I follow her and I love her recipes (or the idea of them- I haven't made any yet) but I think my H wouldn't eat many of them Let me know how they turn out for you! Can officially recommend every recipe in this meal plan. My whole family loved them. They all made good leftovers too if you wanted to cook ahead for lunches or something. The tofu is the only thing I’m not sure how it would keep because there was none left. I’ll be trying another one of hers next week. That's great! Was her budget close to what you actually spent? I love the way she reuses the same ingredients to get different meals. Even if my fam won't eat everything there's definitely some I can use.

I had several of the pantry items already and I had to buy breakfast/linch/snacks at the same time. My overall grocery bill was about the same, but after 2 weeks at home we were desperately low on snacks.

So I just loaded her Sept 24 meal plan into my grocery cart and it came out to $46. There were some things I didn’t have to buy—chicken broth, carrots, rice, so definitely less than $10 if I needed to add that. I’m also doing delivery which is a bit of an up charge over shopping in the store myself (3% I think).
