January 19, 2024 This A- music producer who is currently dating this A- list actress/singer was asked politely by wait staff to not clip his fingernails at the bar. Benny Blanco/Selena Gomez Ew! Flashing back to my college internship when I heard the “clip. Clip. Clip” coming from the much older man’s cubicle next to mine. I kept waiting for his crusty old clippings to come flying over our cubicle walls and into my coffee mug. ☠️ |

Taylor has always seemed to me as a dorky, insecure person who doesn't know how to act socially now that she is adored by so many. I think the grammy's was a combination of drinking, probably something more than that, her being socially weird and her basking in the spotlight she's in. I hope after the super bowl, she realizes she needs to go away for awhile. I think this is it. She’s overexposed right now and needs to retreat a bit. But I don’t know if she will see that or if she. An even do that. She seems a bit addicted to the attention. Well she has the rest of her tour, a new album coming out, then it’s time for MTV awards and then if they are together still it will be football time again so I don’t see her stopping anytime soon |

lol, yes. Didn’t we have the “is she on snow?” Debate last Grammys? VMAs Yes! It was the VMAs but I also see the “well she is just awkward” side. And honestly how can she remain 100% humble at this point? I remember a celeb talking about how hard it is when you have a crowd of fans worshipping you. She will always be a debate I think bc she is so big that people tend to have an opinion on her in general. But apart from all this I wish she would get a new glam squad lol! |

OK, one of the tracks on her new album is literally called But Daddy I Love Him. Others are also insufferable sounding.
I'm glad she's releasing this in an election year. Let's just get it all done at once.

I'm not even a Taylor hater, but the overexposure is intense. She would be wise to slow her roll for a few months. I agree but also she has been told she isn’t doing anything wrong and her fans absolutely are loving this. I think this has always been my problem and why I hate misogyny being thrown when we say that we are tired of seeing her and then get pointed out we’ll she is only shown for 24 seconds of a 3 hour game. Sure on the game but then turn on any media outlet and it’s constant conversation and coverage as is SM. One anchor on GMA said the highlight of the playoff game was their kiss after which is what was shown the most by the media and I think that takes away from the players that played in that game. Is that her fault no it’s the media. Do I think she relishes in it and could do less yes. But I’m misogynistic when I say that and I hate that because when there are truly misogynistic that I see it’s not called out |

I felt this way about Harry Styles for a while, and now I feel like I haven’t heard a peep about him for a couple months. Maybe I did and forgot. Anyway, pull a Harry. Apparently Harry just turned 30? Which makes me about 125 I guess. |

New music and continued tour or not, she can’t really control if the public sours on her and it certainly seems like the tide is turning that way. Yes she’ll be present but she might be in damage control mode. This isn’t the first time she’s been here. When her colleagues are this visibly tired of her it’s like the first nail.
Her law firm is now going after the teenager who posts her publicly available flight patterns. I’m not so sure her team is so shrewd at business, they don’t seem to be noticing that the brand is teetering on the edge of too fucking much. This seems like it could become a huge mess.

My 10yo son and his friends don’t Iike her because all of the girls at their school are obsessed apparently - singing and dancing to her songs all the time. Sparking debates even on the playgrounds! |

Also glad my 11 year old is getting into metal and the 6 year old is all in on imagine dragons 🤣🤣🤣 way easier to hear those repeatedly for me!! |

This seems like a good place to put this. I read that before the Grammys, TS and her friends changed their SM profile pics to black and white in advance of the album announcement. I have now seen multiple people on my feeds do the same thing. Just regular people. It's a fucking cult. This is what a lot of us are over, the incessant making this woman your whole identity.
