I absolutely loved the ending. Loved. The moment between Agatha and Violet as they sit down to tea was :chefs kiss:

I am shooketh that Lord Danbury is only 62 in real life. I know they try to make him look waaaaaay older on purpose, but shooketh nonetheless. Right? I looked him up and was shooketh as well. They did that man dirty. I know they did to make us like him less, but he actually looks quite sophisticated IRL. Sorrows

I absolutely loved the ending. Loved. The moment between Agatha and Violet as they sit down to tea was :chefs kiss: Do we think they will include this "tension" in season 3? I'm sure Violet feels a certain way.
{Spoilers} I feel like Lady Danbury could have easily laid any 'assumptions' to rest by simply saying, "Your father made me one the year my husband passed. It was nice for someone to acknowledge my birthday."

I just binged all of them and it was my favourite Bridgerton so far. I loved the look at older love, the flashbacks etc. It felt like a much deeper story than the other seasons. Also, Brimsly and Reynolds was a lovely addition to the story. I loved George and Charlotte, and yes, the last scene had me sobbing.

I loved it! The weaving of so many stories was great. I hope they do more about Brimsley and Reynolds too. I want to know what happened to them.

ALSO using an instrumental version of SZA’s “Nobody Gets Me” for George and Charlotte’s dance was perfection.

I finally watched it. I was cuted out with Brimsly and Reynolds story and then they did me dirty towards the end. 😭 I loved this season though. My favorite.
I feel like there might be a part 2 to the spin-off. I’d love to see the older ladies get their gardens blooming. 😉

I loved it. I really liked how they handled his mental health and her love of him despite it.
The Noble Blood podcast has several episodes about George and his family that are really good.

I wasn't watching it because I was so annoyed with the second season of Bridgerton but I put it on this morning. So far, I really like it.

I finally started this today. I pulled up Wikipedia to try and get a feel for the characters and man, this part of the royal family tree is *messy.*

I went back to read that “happily ever after” Bridgerton book. The one where it’s mostly further epilogues on the characters and saw one for Violet. It was a short story. It’s called “violet in bloom” which 👀 . It’s basically the story of her meeting Edmund and then life after his death. I’m gonna spoiler some of that book below. So anyway, she’s at a masquerade ball and dances with some man. It takes place after Anthony and Kate are married. You never find out who she dances with. But I wonder if Shonda will tie that to whatever season Benedict will be in bc he’s the next book.

I'm the opposite, I loved the book way more than the show for season 2. I hated the 'love triangle'. I loved how in the book everyone could see that they were a good match (except them) and the sister wasn't falling for his shenanigans. I still liked the show, the book was just so much better.

Oh yeah, I agree that part was dumb and unnecessary.

I just finished the final episode. I was pacing myself as there were only six episodes and I'm so bummed there won't be a S2 (there certainly is plenty enough material for it). The finale was perfection although I was a puddle of tears for most of it. The dance between Reynolds and Brimsley to "I Will Always Love You" (and later older Brimsley dancing on his own. Although apparently Shonda has said that Reynolds is not dead so who knows what happened? Those final moments between older Charlotte and George under the bed. When Charlotte knelt down and got under and he did, too, I lost it. Their sharing a laugh over the news that their line would continue. Then them seeing their younger selves as they looked at each other. There aren't tissues enough. And then, sniff, the camera pulling away to show just their shoes. I'm a huge Bridgerton fan but I loved this show a million times more.
