I'm slowly starting to build my newborn stash (due in January). We didn't start cloth diapering B until she was in os diapers, so this is new to me.
What I have: 20 nb prefolds 6 sm prefolds 2 nb covers 18 aios Flats/fsts (around 20 or so?) 3 snapies
I know I need more covers and sm prefolds. I'd also like to have some workhorses. How many changes should I have to wash every other day? What do you all recommend I still get? Any info is welcome, as this part is new to me.
ETA any hook and loop aios or covers you love? I'd like to add a few of these for ease of use when family helps out.

36 changes is recommended for every other day washing. So you're already set, I wouldn't necessarily get more small prefolds. Workhorses were my favorite with H so if it is in your budget, I'd pick some up. I liked having 6+ covers because... poop.
Looks good.

I think 6 workhorses and 6 covers (so 4 more) would havenyou covered. I also used thirsties and bummis.

I used Blueberry mini coveralls and Rumparooz NB covers in addition to some that others mentioned and liked them too. All my covers were h&l. ETA: I recommend having a variety of different ones if you can, as different ones fit better at different stages as my kids grew.

I think your stash looks good! My favourite newborn covers were Rumparooz. I had 10 newborn covers and it was more than I needed. I think 6-8 is a good number.

I think your stash looks great! I primarily used my AIOs for my nb and I only had 22 and it was enough for me.
