Give me your best smoothie recipe.
I may have asked this before. I'm determined to actually use our ninja.

Oh. I also like to prep and cube a papaya and freeze it for any fruity smoothies. It gives it a thick, smooth texture.

So I dont have coconut milk or almond milk or protein powder - and I dont really wanna buy them unless I know they will get use. If I use almonds and milk - will it work?
Like, are there rules?

Yogurt works fine instead of milk also. I just usually am making a smoothie Bc I don't have any yogurt for breakfast.

I usually put yogurt in mine, stringy, and thin it with OJ instead of milk.

I've been known to add a splash of vanilla in mine.
Yes frozen frozen fruit, no ice.
I use yogurt.
Since you have a good blender, you should try a little spinach, if you want. My immersion blender is not strong to get it small enough to be unnoticeable

Yesterday, I made the girls a smoothie with unsweetened cranberry juice, fresh strawberries, a banana, a couple pieces of frozen banana and strawberry, and a blob of yogurt. They both really liked it.

S and I have a raw chocolate meal powder that we mix with vanilla almond milk, a banana, and a scoop of PB. Plus ice if the banana isn't frozen. Yummy and filling breakfast!

I like making a Snickers shake. I use almond milk, cottage cheese, ice, water, cocoa powder, Stevia, peanut powder and caramel extract. Now that I'm dairy free I replace the cottage cheese with collagen and half an avocado.

I'm simple. I like frozen strawberries and vanilla yogurt. I pretend it's a milkshake.

Chocolate. Or protein powder. Greek yogurt or ice cream. Peanut butter. Banana. Greens if you want to be healthyish.

I'm laughing as I'm picturing MKs protein powder, ice cream and greens smoothie Dude you can't even taste the greens! I freeze them first so they're nice and crumbly. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Oh but I wrote the second line backwards. It's chocolate and ice cream or protein powder and yogurt. I've never put greens in ice cream.

Am i the only person in the world who makes smoothies without dairy or a dairy alternative? I don't like milk, but I love to make smoothies with just fruit, and maybe spinach. My favorite is banana, pineapple and frozen strawberries. I add pineapple juice or just water to thin it. I also like to add flaxseed, chia seed and spinach.

Growing up in the land and time of smoothies, my favorite was always frozen fruit + banana + fruit juice. Ice is definitely a cheap filler and I've just never been a fan of ice cream, yogurt, etc additions.
