You are right. Can I see pretty dresses yet? Meghan will be right at home with black and no one can say a word about her boring color choice You know who I want to shadow for a day? The person who has to coordinate all the garment bags for the King and Queen Consort’s outfit changes for one of these marathon days. Yes but also I want to go back in time and fire the one who did cut Meghan's skirts and stuff. Do you remember that? |

I know they’re mourning and there’s a whole heap of events but it is SO much black. I appreciate Camilla’s rewear today because I was wondering how many black dresses can each royal really have in their closet?
Also at some points it looked like Sophie was walking too? Like the very last person WAYYYYY in the back? Or was that someone else? The camera wasn’t ever focused back there

I haven't seen her post on politics like she does here which is why I, myself have said that I am clearly able to have a conversation with philo without issues but she comes here and GD and I don't know it is different. Friend. This is not a fight you want to have. There’s so much good royal coverage to watch, we don’t have to do the “Politics isn’t like that terrible GD” today! Please and thank you. |

Her 4 children are posted on each side of the coffin right now and 3 are in military uniform while A is in suit and tails. They're facing away from it with their heads down while people are walking through from different corners looking at it all behind velvet ropes.
Anne's husband appears to be in a suit (if I found the right guy)
Eta- Charles isn't in uniform. He's in the same kilt outfit he was in while talking to Scottish Parliment.

But I think the number of black dresses you can have is limitless. I had many. we went to quite a few funerals/viewings in 2021 and I never had to buy anything new. Black is my normal |

She'll lay in state for 24 hours at the cathedral. Then I believe she'll be flown back to London, where she will lay in state for four days, basically up to the morning of the state funeral next Monday. There might be another stop in between there, but I do know she's only laying in state at those two places. I have a question for you RajahMDDid they embalm her at Balmoral? I haven't heard, but I would assume so, somehow. I don't think she was ever taken to a funeral home. And she'd definitely need to be embalmed prior to laying in state. Trust me, even the world's best coffin can't contain the smell of decomp. |

If the liturgy is different from what it was in 1995: I went to a funeral last month and my cousin was AFFRONTED by the change in liturgy and refused to respond the "new" way. She also said "I don't take communion from laypeople" and cut out the side of the pew to go up front to the priest. I had tears trying not to laugh. ETA her H leans over and says "she doesn't even go to church" which is what almost did me in |
