The QM left him a sizable bequest because he was not going to be on equal financial footing with William and family. I'm guessing that the Queen also planned for him and his family. WEELLLLLLL, according to The Cut article that lives rent-free in my head, they weren't on such firm footing. They needed that Spotify deal or whatever to buy their Santa Barbara home. I mean, IDK what that means to rich people. Like now they could pash in cash? Who knows. I have private thoughts about this. |

I am not arguing otherwise. I know a lot of the talk before was that they didn't need these deals because they had money and I don't think that is the case. I think they are rich, but it isn't like they are going to live off that money and not work. . I am sure I am not making sense, but of course they are rich. |

Yeah, I know. But I'm assuming security costs a lot, and they have staff that I assume also costs a lot, and a certain lifestyle that also costs a lot. We don't know that the house they have was bought outright. They could have a mortgage. I am absolutely not saying they're suffering for funds. Just that they live a certain lifestyle that's expensive and, without consistent income, they could theoretically run out in a decade or some shit. I don't care about it. Just thinking out loud. |

Again they have more money then I could dream of and no they shouldn't cry about Charles cutting them off. I think when they did it was because he did it with no warning and that wasn't the plan. Plus he was paying for their security which again Harry is Harry and needs security.
