Board Mod nominations

Hey guys.  At TCF I don't think our board ever ended up getting a board-specific mod, but did you want to request one for here?  I can't tell you what all would be involved in being a mod as I wasn't ever one on TCF, but if we wanted to have one of our own be our board mod, let's chat it out.  The Update #1 pinned thread says that they'll be working on adding board-specific and global mods over the next few days.

I know cythe and mkrupar were willing to set up a new private forum for us while we were waiting for news on where we would end up, so that would put them in mod-like roles, so I'll offer them up as nominees (if they are interested) unless anyone out here really wants to have the mod role and volunteer.

So chat it out with me - anyone want to be a mod or nominate a mod?  If we can come to a consensus, we can tag the admins and let them know who we've picked.

That's fine. I can't imagine there would be much modding to actually be done, lol. If anyone else desires to mod, by all means but I'm just throwing it out there that I'd be okay with it

Yeah, I'm not sure how much modding we'll really need. Though being able to sticky some threads would be good.

I think they would both be awesome! If there aren't anyone else volunteering or anyone else being nominated, I wonder if we can just do without voting and have both cythe , and mkrupar be mods for our board and share the duties? What say you O17? They are 2 mods at my other BMB. Are there any rules to having more than 1 mod for each board?

duskymonkey, I'd say the same thing but mkrupar hasn't been online since this was posted to accept the nomination. If she doesn't accept, I say we just make cythe the mod, but if she does they can share the mod duties.
