I did really well with my run this morning. Set a couple of NSVs for myself by running half a mile at 7 MPH and a full mile at 6.8, and another mile at 6.5. Not fast, but fast for me. I felt really good today. First "proud" day in a while.
Pre: toast w/jelly Post: skinny mocha B: bagel w/PB L: leftover pineapple teriyaki pork chops; Greek yogurt w/granola; apple D: hamburgers and tater tots S: Edy's Slow Churned ice cream

I had a decent food day yesterday & ran on the treadmill at the gym for the first time in forever! There’s a 5K next weekend that my dad wants me to do with him. So I figured I should make sure I can still run. Lol
Today is DD1’s 7th b day party. I have a plan to make good food & drink choices.
And my weigh in on Friday was def a water weight fluke. I’m down 2.5 lbs this morning.

Well, I finished the run this morning. Quite a few walk breaks and it took a long time, so I don't feel entirely good about it, but it's done. At least I get some extra food today for it. I'll be rocking some water weight tomorrow!
Pre: toast w/jelly During: Clif Shot Bloks Post: half bagel w/PB B: single egg omelet w/cottage cheese, cheese, and bacon; Raisin Bran S: popcorn L: leftover pizza D: bruschetta chicken w/whole wheat spaghetti S: protein angel food cake

Rusty Red Sorry, I should know this, but are you training for a marathon? If so, when is it? It's 5:36 am...gotta get up and excersize but my bed is comfy and I'm not sure if I'm running or doing 80 Day Obsession...

my bff made us a traditional polish dinner on Saturday and I ate and drank all the things but overall I did pretty good over the weekend. I have a lot of meat in the fridge and need to figure out what to make with it all.

VERY sore today so I'm taking one of my rests. My legs need some recuperation, I'm going to take a normal lunch walk. In other news, the scale said 133.4 this morning, which means I have officially cut myself in half. It definitely feels weird. I'm not sure where to stop. It's a mind game for sure.

Back to business this morning. I need to buy a new fitness tracker, mine crapped out last night. I don't really need it anymore, but it became such a normal thing for me that I feel weird without one!
Pre: toast w/jelly Post: protein shake L (yes, lunch before breakfast, today worked out weird): grilled chicken sandwich w/cheese and bacon; salad B: bagel w/PB D: the Banquet Homestyle chicken and veggies thing over biscuits
Exercise: treadmill (4 miles); Chest & Back; Ab Ripper X

Imma just keep being the only one updating in here. It's all about me.
Today is frustrating, we're ordering in food again and it's at 12:30. WAY too early for me for lunch. I can't really work in a snack this afternoon either, so I'm going to be starving by dinner. Grumble.
Planned (sort of) rest day because I had a 6:30 AM appointment, so no time for a workout.
Protein shake on the way to appt B: bagel w/PB L: pizza and salad D: chicken and veggie casserole S: Skinny Cow ice cream

Rusty Red if you are hungry, there is no harm in eating an apple. It seems a little extreme to me to starve until dinner because you already tracked your food

Rusty Red if you are hungry, there is no harm in eating an apple. It seems a little extreme to me to starve until dinner because you already tracked your food I don't have one with me or I would. I'm actually ok, I ate veggie pizza and I'm not very used to lots of veggies yet. That's more of a recent thing, so it kills my stomach for a bit. LOL I actually majorly screwed up. I forgot the slice size and therefore calories vary by pizza size with Donatos, I was thinking they were the same size but just more slices (which I still kind of think, I'm kind of confused on their nutrition guide). I completely ate too much. I should cut out my planned ice cream tonight, otherwise I'm about 20g over on fat, but I rarely do it, so I think I'm going to just go for it and move forward tomorrow. Anxiety and all.

I'm making sambusas tonight but I probably won't have any. All the eggs I ate today took up all my fat (with my other normal meals) so I'm related to meat and veggies and fruit for dinner. So, protein shake now, then chicken and garden veggies, and watermelon after that.

I'm still here! We went on a mini family vaca, took the girls up to NH for a couple of days to celebrate DD1's bday. So, so much walking! I made OK food choices and let myself indulge a little. There was an awesome chocolate shop where I planned to let myself go a little nuts. I ended up eating one piece of chocolate (it was a peanut butter shell, about the size of a Reece's). When I went for another piece (like moments later) my family had eaten the rest! Rude! I was actually so distracted by my adorable 2 year old's reaction to seeing all that candy that I didn't notice MH had only bought a few pieces.
I was back to work yesterday & back on track with my eating. I'm sticking with the macros that my coach gave me, because I want to give them a decent try. When I eat well, the macros have actually been enough so that I'm not hungry. Today's plan - Pre-workout: 1/2 banana B: egg & bacon sandwich on an English muffin S: yogurt w/ cereal L: turkey club on flatbread, 1/2 oz of chips S: cottage cheese, blueberries & granola D: Chinese chicken fried rice (from Fit Couple Cooks) Workout: chest, triceps, calves

Definitely carrying some fluff today from my crazy eating yesterday, but I'm surprisingly ok with it. Slowly but surely I'm hoping I'm healing my relationship with food and my body. I know it's not permanent, I will still have freak outs.
Pre: toast w/jelly Post: protein shake B: chocolate peanut butter proats L: DQ day D: pizza
Exercise: treadmill (3 miles); Shoulders & Arms; Abs/Core Plus

I'm down 1.5 lb from last week. After DD1's bday party and then the mini-vaca, I'm very happy to see a loss on the scale! Today's plan B: egg & egg white scramble w/ toast & jam S: yogurt & fiber one cereal L: cobb salad S: cottage cheese w/ granola & blueberries D: salmon and salad
Workout: Day 2 of the 4 day split (I didn't get to the gym Sun-Wed this week, so I'm a little behind!)

Rusty Red , I just had to google proats. lol! What is your recipe? Were they tasty? Ha! After I posted that, I'm like I really should have not been lazy and typed that out. I used half a cup of plain quick oats, half a scoop of chocolate protein powder, and 2 tablespoons of PB2, with some Stevia. They are really good! Like a no-bake.

I took a third rest day this week. It's been a struggle week, and I feel really guilty for it, especially considering I'm carrying four lbs of water weight right now, and I am NOT at a point in my cycle for that. I just had zero energy when I initially got up. I'm telling myself it's ok to do once in a while and to KOKO.
Protein shake and skinny mocha before breakfast B: bagel w/PB L: Lean Cuisine panini; Greek yogurt; apple D: IP BBQ ribs and hash browns

I woke up weighing 154, my lowest weight in years. But it’s not real. I was (ahem) over served last night & ended up getting sick. So I was dehydrated & had no food in my stomach. But still - for a few hours today I was at a healthy BMI 🎉
I’ll be doing my best to make healthy choices today. And doing some meal prep. I took a walk w/ the girls to the playground (1/2 mile away). But that’s it for physical activity today.

Ok, I go back to work in a week and I WILL fall off the food wagon if I'm not prepared. I did a trial run of cooking five dinners and five lunches and putting them portioned out into meal containers. I'm planning to eat this week like I need to at work. Hopefully this works for me. I'm a habitual eater, so I'm fine having the same meal all week and prefer it since I'm not much of a cook. Brown rice noodles, chicken breast, peanut sauce, asparagus Chicken fried rice

I had a brain moment the other night, apparently, and missed an OCP dose. I took both last night, but started a breakthrough period this morning complete with cramps. Thanks, body, thanks. Still got in my workout, though, actually did pretty good.

Rusty Red, that happened to me last cycle. But it was two days in the same week that I missed/took late. My period started a week early & lasted 10 days. I was very FML.

I had a rough day yesterday but made the best of it. I had to give two presentations on our benefits plan to our staff so I was a little stressed (which I realize is why I ended up drinking so much Saturday night. I need to find a better way to cope). Instead of lunch I had two Costco cookies and also had a small slice of cake to celebrate a coworkers bday. I still ended up eating under 1800 calories but my carb and fat ratios were much higher than my goal.
I bounced back up to what I'd weighed in at on Friday, I'm just glad it wasn't higher!
I have my follow up call with my RD tomorrow, I'm looking forward to that. I've been logging my food in her app so I'm looking for some ideas on how I can improve.
Toady's plan B: egg/1 white scrambled w/ feta, zucchini and tomatoes - microwaved in a mug, 2 slices of wheat toast w/ Brummel & Brown yogurt spread and jam S: yogurt w/ fiber one L: sandwich w/ 1/2 oz chips and watermelon S: cottage cheese w/ granola & grapes D: Either chicken thighs or veggie burgers w/ roasted or grilled veggies Workout - Legs, butt and abs day

Normal planned rest day today. I got extra sleep and still woke up feeling exhausted. My allergies are either getting to me in my sleep or I have sleep apnea again, though my Fitbit doesn't really indicate that based on my sleep patterns (I know they aren't entirely accurate).

Today was one of those days where I wished I could mentally take a break from the exercise. Sometimes training actually has the opposite effect it normally does on me and makes me more depressed/anxious. I can usually push through it, though.
