We are behind. Let’s get to it. Take a class, go for a walk, do some stretching, play tag with your kids. I don’t care if you break a sweat. Just get up and do something.

Monday I skipped yoga, I was just tired of running around all weekend.
Tuesday I didn’t like the class
Wednesday power yoga
Thursday sculpt
Friday we got the paddle board out and I battle with the wind on the lake for 10-15 minutes. I’m feeling it today.
Saturday I’m going to try out kickboxing.
The scale hasn’t been moving. But I feel like my core and arms are much stronger than previously. I did my first full wheel last week. Which on a previous attempt was sad and really low. Also, I’m able to support some of the side plank moves without it hurting my shoulders. I still modify as needed, because I messed with my shoulder during one class trying to push it. And that did not feel good for over a week.

Checking in after my class. Holy hell that was intense. Still alive and willing to go back again.
Everyone was nice with helping me out with form and stance plus very patient.

I want to KA this month!
Today I did 15 mins fast-paced walking on the treadmill followed by some planks & pushups.
I’m signing up for a HIIT fitness challenge that begins tomorrow and ends July 1st. I haven’t done much working out since last summer & id like to get back into it.

Last week was such a blur with work and parenting I didn't have a spare minute to KA.
Saturday I did 45 minute bike boot camp Yesterday was a 75 minute endurance class
Today I'm planning 20 minute tabata ride and 20 minute kickboxing class.

We took a nice long walk on the bike path yesterday. Baby steps.

Hot yoga tonight.
Still feeling the kickboxing session in my arms. But it feels so good.

I didn't work out at all on vacation (3 weeks). Oops. BUT I managed not to gain any weight, so I'll take that as a win 💪
