Motivation needed over here.
Last week killed me. Vacation killed. I fell off the wagon. I am back up in my weight. I need to focus again.
Goals: To eat healthy - around 1300 calories/day. Drink all the water. Get all my workouts in (3 days at gym and the rest at home). Limit my alcohol intake.
Lows of last week: I drank a ton of soda, drank a ton of alcohol, didn't get enough water, and ate whatever i pleased. Including copious amounts of chocolate.
Highs of last week: I made it to the gym 3 days, ran a few miles each time, and hit my step goal over the weekend.
GTKY: What is the body part you want to work on the most (your trouble area) - I have ulterior motives here people, i also want your advice and exercises!! My tummy is my trouble area. I still look pregnant. Seriously, I am not being over dramatic. I have been unable to get the bump to do down. Now share with my all of your core/ab exercises....

I've dropped down to only going to the gym 3 days a week and im mad at myself for it. My boot camp instructor is not longer teaching at my gym due to scheduling conflicts and I just don't like the new trainer's style. I should still go and just do my own routine but that takes a lot more motivation than I possess.
I also need to watch my dairy intake. I am lactose intolerant so I take a Lactaid pill when I eat dairy but I still get very bloated. I looked in the mirror yesterday after eating some Mac&Cheese and you would have thought I was 7 months preg. I just feel yucky after I eat dairy but I looooove cheese, yogurt, ice cream....
I haven't stepped on a scale in a few weeks because I'm trying REALLY hard to not focus on a number and just go off of how I feel.

Oh and GTKY... Yea, my stomach as well. Especially the lower pooch. I'd like to blame the child and just accept that I willnow have this saggy flap of skin but there has to be SOMETHING I can do to tighten it up! My weight has gone up and down all of my life so I just have very loose skin.

Goals: I need to get moving. I don't know what it is but lately my energy has been zapped. Also need to stop freaking cheating so much gah!!
Lows of last week: I pretty much ate whatever I wanted. Soooo yeah...
Highs of last week: I've been working more on my mental/emotional well-being and I meditated 3x last week.
GTKY: What is the body part you want to work on the most:ABS. I had a workout I did before my wedding and I was in awesome shape from it. Let me find it. If anyone wants to do it with me I'm game!

Goals: keep doing my workouts. I'm rocking beast body by beach body. Maybe I'll try increasing weights this week.
Lows: lots of binging.
Highs: workouts in point. Oh and I put on a size 6 dress. When I wore it last (when my brother got married 8 years ago) I was like 20 pounds less. So I've gained a lot of muscle in the last several years. The dress was snug but I still looked great.
GTKY my back. By my shoulder blades. Luckily I'm making improvements with lifting exercises.

This was it. I'd run for 20-30 min then do the workout for the day. It kicked my ass but it got results.

CestLaVie, it was on the computer. you entered what you wanted to do, it hooked you up with an online "trainer" and provided you with workouts.

Goals: I am going to join a gym this week. I realized that if I keep my daycare drop off time the same (now that I've moved offices), I will have an hour and a half to kill before I need to be at work. There is a gym between my daycare and my work and I am going to make that happen.
Lows of last week: I ate a lot of fast food. Moving for 4 days straight at work and at home killed my healthy eating. but the upside is I probably burned a zillion calories moving anyway. Also figured out that Aspartame is 100% a migraine trigger for me. Which is good too because it's easy enough to avoid.
Highs of last week: I beast moded with the moving. I was really really impressed with where my strength training from FGG has brought me. I was able to move the most at my office and I work with a lot of men. So I am really proud of myself.
GTKY: What is the body part you want to work on the most (your trouble area) - I commiserate because my stomach is it for me too. No matter how much weight I lose, I always have that pooch there. Is this where I confess that one of the biggest cons on my breast reduction is that it will accentuate my belly? For me I don't think there is a way to target it except to lose fat in general. And it will be the last to go lol.

So I definitely should be a part of this discussion, but currently am not! I need to be WAY more active and get my shit together, but I just can't seem to get going. I don't really like the gym environment. I recently (um probably 2 months ago) bought a class card for a local hot yoga place. I have also looked at the class schedule. I'm embarrassed to admit that's ALL I have done so far. So my goal will be to actually attend a class sometime this week. (I have just ordered a new yoga mat, should be here in 1-2 days). Also goal to eat better. Plan to do the whole 30 again once back from vacation August 7. I'm also trying to bike to work once and a while (about 5 km each way) and have a goal to at least do so once with M (his daycare is on the way).

Goals: Back to modified whole 30. I'd like to get 30-45 miles on the bike this week + core work
Lows of last week: 20 hours of travel with 2 small children and eating all the snacks with them
Highs of last week:step goal every day, H and I rode to the boulangerie before stuffing ourselves with the bread
GTKY: What is the body part you want to work on the most (your trouble area) - Mom tum in action here. I've lost my waist and need to find it. And if I'm going to have surgery, I need my core to nice and strong for easy healing.

jess213 , RunsforWineandCarbs , if you do sign up for a program make sure you get the bodyspace app! its free and it takes all the thinking out of it. You pick your start date and it just tells you which things should happen on which days haha. I am going to start the Lee Labrada's Lean Body Trainer (12 weeks) tomorrow! If you do add the app, add me as a friend (randijean is my username) Also, if you click the print button under the daily workout, it will print a workout log with everything you're doing that day and space to write your weights/sets in. That's a nice feature too.

jess213, I do believe it requires gym equipment. If you are at all interested in Fit Girls Guide, it is all bodyweight/dumbell at home program and I can send you the 28 day transformation program if you like.

Goals: I'm on day 8 of a 30 day fitness challenge. It's getting HARD. Goal is to stick with it, and I'm determined... but the last day includes a 5 minute wall sit... yikes.
High: I'm noticing more muscle definition and I like it! Everywhere... arms, legs, core, back... I've made more of an effort with strength training lately and it feels good!
Low: Snacking. Always snacking. And it's worst the hour between when I get home from work and dinner, and riiiight before bed. Give me all the salty treats.
GYKY (Trouble Area): Hi, I'm in the tummy club too. It's not even that bad, but I feel like I just can't get a really flat tummy. I know my core is really strong and I have a lot of muscle definition you can see in the obliques, but the front area is always a little soft/bloated. It's totally a diet thing, there's no specific target workouts I can do to get rid of this. Soooo maybe I'll do a juice cleanse?
