I started but was lost and confused. No. I haven't watch Clone Wars (though H wants me too). Bad Batch takes place immediately after Order 66 is implemented. It is newer, just the first season on Disney+ right now. It follows a squad of clones that all have genetic mutations. For the most part, they don't follow the Order and then must avoid the new Imperial troops while making their way in the new world. |

Padme is still in denial. Also, her pregnancy has progressed quite quickly through the movie. I guess that's how they show that some time has passed.
