Fuck Monday. This is my last short week and I'm kind of mourning my three day weekends...

I don't feel like I know what sleep is anymore. A sleeps great most nights, but I'm up anyway. I think it's a mix between the pregnancy and everything else... I slept about 5 hour this weekend and an hour tonight.

Pizzaslut,i get up at least twice a night to take the 4 yo back to her room, crying, cause she wants to snuggle with mommy. I swear, she sleeps best when next to me. I hope J figures it out quicker than my DD has.

so we want to put A in ballet and C in tumble. But A wants to do tumble too. So H says let's just do tumble because both class's are Saturday (ballet is Monday) and they over lap. But A keeps bringing up ballet. Girl just wants to dance.
The program requires pay by month - so i am like let's just suck it up and spend the extra $40 so she can do both class's. He wants to "see" if we like the facility and stuff. So if we did all 3 class's for 1 month - we would pay a registration fee of $60 (1 time fee) and then $135 for all 3 class's (that equals about $11.25/class).
What would Aug15 do?

RunsforWineandCarbs , honestly, because I have so little time, I would do the tumble on Saturday's first. Tell A that she can do ballet next season/semester/whatever.

I would try it out for a month. Maybe after a month see if A has one that she likes more and have her focus more on that class than the other. C loves soccer, bowling and tennis, but I'm thinking that until he is older, I only want to focus on one sport at a time/season for him. Unless someone wants to help (not financially). Soccer requires a good bit of volunteering within the program. I'm not sure what tennis will entail. Thankfully he is satisfied with bowling for fun right now, but when soccer starts, he'll have to skip his usual Saturday bowling. I know that when that reality sets in, he'll be upset, but I'm hoping we can just put bowling in another time slot.

I need to focus on work. Putting an extra hour in today towards not working at all on Friday. Also have Orkin coming out to see about treating the backyard for mosquitos and ants. I could play connect the dots on my legs with all the damn bug bites from this weekend. Also, FIL went to use his power washer (has been sitting in our backyard for a while now) and the handle was filled with stupid little ants. Yuck, yuck, yuck.

H is on the verge of losing his mind, literally. I'm feeling a lot stronger than I was earlier this year and I feel like a lot of that is due to you ladies. I'm no where near fighting out what life will bring moving forward or whether or not H and I will be moving forward together, but I'm not feeding into his shit. He has also said the words "I know you love DSS", "I'm sorry" and "I know DSS moving isn't your fault". Those were all huge for me to hear him say. He admitted that DSS moving that day attributed to the things he said and said it's not what he wants. He's been being good about going to the doctor and taking his medication, the thing that needs to change right now is his job. He leaves at 7 and gets home around 7 or 8. We eat dinner, I get A ready for bed, he gives her a kiss goodnight and he goes to the computer to finish working. He's usually yelling at the computer until 12 or 12:30 when he finally comes to bed. Then he gets shut on by his boss (who has been reported to HR by 7 people in the last 6 months, 4 that have quit as a result of HR not doing shit). I told him I will help him figure out this job shit. I do feel like I owe him that. He took this job so I could stay home and he feels stuck, so I'm continuing with the mindset that we are leaving CA (together) and we can figure out the rest there. It's not like either of us have a support system here.

C had a fever last evening and it was 104.1 overnight when the ibuprofen wore off. She's at 101 now with ibuprofen on board. No obvious cause. I just had to call out sick to work for the first time ever, which is a gigantic mess. H is on a week long bicycle ride. This is very uncool on multiple fronts.

shellyr - both of my kids had fevers the other week with no underlying cause. For DS he had it Sunday & Monday, nothing Tuesday, back on Wednesday then good the rest of the week. K had it Wednesday & Thursday then good. It definitely sucked because nothing else was going on, but thankfully it didn't last too long either. Hope C is feeling better soon!
