cnf how did you do the sausage and peppers in the IP? Was not a favorite and the tomato base scorched the bottom of my pot so it cooked, but not pressurized. I sure they can come out delicious, but this particular recipe was not well received in our house by either of us.

We did the one pot creamy pasta tonight. It was the first time I've made it and it was a hit! DS probably ate as much as I did. It's also pretty quick to throw together. Would recommend.

There is a local place that makes amazing sausage and peppers, but they only offer it for catering and an appetizer. Lucky for me, I know where they get their sausage, but the rest is beyond my cooking abilities...I've tried. However, I think the IP could help get the depth of flavor.
