I’m loving the flashbacks with the Tusken Raiders. It’s interesting to see more of their culture like with the Mandalorians. Tusken Lady! Tusken Kid! Tusken Puppy!

I’m meh on the current storyline. It didn’t grab me right away. And the music was lackluster at this point, although the ending credit song was decent. I was a little bored during the street fight scene.

I guess Boba Fett is chronically ill from his time in the Sarlacc?

I know we joked about Fennec Shand’s skincare routine in the Mandalorian but for real, I need to know.

We watched tonight. The first episode wasn't that exciting, though I do like the flashbacks, Guess we'll see where it goes.

Episode 2 thoughts: I’m still here for the flashbacks.

I really enjoy learning more about the Tusken Raiders. That Sand Lady is badass and I love her.

That lizard acid trip. So gross.

Mh was excited to see some Hutts, etct. I’m still very meh on that storyline.

I did enjoy the Rancor scene 😂

The first episode had me pretty bored. It was a lot of hype for very little content. The second episode made up for it big time. There was so much Tusken lore that I really liked seeing.

I definitely enjoyed the second episode better. I'm wondering if the Tusken will come to his aid against the Hutts.

Episode 3 Thoughts
Unsatisfactory Tusken flashback. I’m BIG MAD.
I’m dubbing these kids the Skittles Gang. Their colorful bikes look so out of place.
Hard pass on the naked slimy fight scene
Awww baby rancor. Boba is so in love.
While I like the main theme song, the episode music still isn’t doing it for me (the fight scene and chase)
At least we know where the storyline is finally heading

I was not super impressed with episode 3 overall. This show is definitely on the slow side of things.

Episode 4: Fennec saves the day…multiple times

I actually enjoyed this episode. It was nice to see how Fennec and Boba came together. I love Fennec.

Boba is so in love with all his animals. The bantha, his rancor. They’re just giant dogs to him.

As someone who always gets attached to the ships, I appreciated the tears in his eyes when he saw the Slave I again.

Damn he went for the throat with that biker gang.

Are they going to hire Mandalorians?! Is this how we see who remains of Don’s covert? I’d love to see Paz Vizsla again.

Episode 5: OH WOW. That was an excellent episode of…The Mandalorian.

Awwww guilty Din. Followed by way harsh, Armorer.
Dying that Din just check the Dark Saber as baggage. The unloading of all the weapons cracked me up.
Nice Naboo starfighter. Now I miss the Razor Crest.
Loved the cute little droid.

Lakes, I enjoyed seeing him again, but I really want them to progress Boba's story.. H said they included it so they wouldn't have to in the next season of the Mandalorian.

I was wondering where he's going to keep the bounties he brings back in that tiny ship.

Also it's sweet that he wants to give something to little Grogu. Now we have a plot for next season though. Since he must return to Mandalor and atone.

I was just starting to buy into the main Boba Fett storyline during the last episode so I’m a little disappointed too. The pacing and structure of Boba Fett has been off, especially with this episode. Even though it was my favorite because Mando and Paz.

I get that Din has enough going on with Dark Saber training but I liked the spear. He should have stored it in his non-existent ship storage and brought it out occasionally.

I’m hoping Grogu stays with the Jedi and just makes little cameo visits. I prefer the episodes with no or little Grogu scenes. I’m okay standing alone in my Grogu feelings.

The little droid is very interesting to me. They have the same droid in the video game Star Wars: Fallen Order. In the video game it’s DB1. In this episode they just called it DB. So either it’s the same type of droid and has a different name or it’s the same droid and it’s an Easter egg reference to the game.

This was a cool episode of the Mandalorian.

Well the thing is, the Jedi character in the game is yourself. The droid is your assistant. I don’t know how they would do add an extra Jedi character based on that. MH and I figured that it was just a cute connection to the game.

I am not a fan of this one. Especially since next week is the finale. I don't really feel invested in the story. We didn't need all that training montage stuff. It's so freaking slow.

H also thought Luke sucked. I thought he didn't quite feel like Luke. It was awkward. Also, watching the bots build the school/temple was boring AF.

And the whole thing had basically zero to do with Boba Fett.

athn64 it was such a let down as an episode of Boba Fett and the Mandalorian. Even if you try to ignore the Mandalorian stuff it seems more like the Fennec Shand show. She’s the one doing all the work.

It was too much cgi Luke. He’s also the worst Jedi dad and master ever. The Luke scenes felt very stilted.

Overall the show has been a miss for me. Is it the Mando show? The Tusken flashback show? The Fennec show? Or Boba as a crime boss show? It’s too all over the place. I’ve never been truly interested in the current Boba storyline but they really made it had to get invested in any of it.

H was excited to see Cad Bane. I haven’t watched all the animated shows so I was very who??? Stupid deputies ruining everything.

Oh! I did love R2 being his sassy self. That was the episode highlight for me.

I’m glad the Marshall is in the bacta tank.

I enjoyed the last episode, but it felt so rushed after the slow build up over the other episodes. They need to learn how to pace things better.


And yes, I knew Grogu was going to save the day the second the X-wing showed up.
