It’s coming.
Do you have any goals, resolutions, mantras, or themes that you want to highlight this upcoming year?

We want to move and purchase a home in 2023, so my goal for 2022 is to save money. 2021 was rough on our finances. Last year I stuck to my daily budget spreadsheet through May and then gave it up. I’m starting again Jan 1st.
My other goal for 2022 is health related. Mostly eating healthier and more fresh foods. This goes for the whole family.

I really want to pay off my student loans but that may be more realistic as a 2023 goal, we shall see.
I plan to congratulate myself on 12 months of exclusive pumping in March, wean, and then get my first tattoo!

You can make a chart to fill in amounts paid as you go. I find it fun to see the progress.

Track expenses all year.
Better meal planning and using food.
Set up a spreadsheet for all of the choices we need for our addition/remodel
Workout 5 days a week (yoga 3 and weights/bike/rower 2/3).
Get a cleaning schedule together and follow it.
Lose 10 the 10 pounds I put on.

I think I made an exercise related goal last year but I didn't stick to it, whatever it was.
This year I want to get my health anxiety fully under control. It's been a lot better since starting medication but I think there's still room for improvement.
I am also planning to go back to school in September 2022 so I need to seriously devote time to preparing for that.

Pay down the things that got a little crazy when I was on mat leave and save money for a down payment. So both money goals.

www.apartmenttherapy.com/how-to-clean-your-house-in-20-minutes-a-day-for-30-days-131142Here's DGM's link in a hopefully working format. I had to trim some stuff off it to make it work for me. I have this list on my fridge and in my daily planner as well. I kept up with it for a few months this year, but honestly, I need something more on a 7 day cycle that works with which days of the week I have more or less other stuff to do and which days I have more energy left over for cleaning. I tried to offload many of these things onto my kids, but they're just not ready to do tasks like that on their own and I don't always have the energy to supervise.

This. My reach-for-the-stars goal is not to have a mental breakdown whilst surviving
