MH's uncle says supper! Tonight is a bagged salad which will seem refreshing after days of leftovers. I've got nothing else so far.

My parents and some old church friends called it supper.
I’m winging it all week. I leave for a 7 day work trip on Thursday.

We're making sloppy joes tonight, and I'm going to make beef stroganoff at some point this week. Probably spaghetti as well, and might make a pot of stew for tomorrow (we're supposed to get ~6" of snow)

I have to admit something. Something I know is not popular around here. I’m not that into soup. But I just made a big turkey noodle soup with the massive amount of turkey broth I made, and leftover meat etc. It was gooooood. A loves soups and stews so much (sorry, dude, you married the wrong cook), and was so happy. 1/3 kids loved it. 1/3 kids was so-so. 1/3 kids didn’t like it. I don’t know if you’re supposed to but I stirred in leftover gravy and it was

@oregon I’m pretty sure adding gravy to just about anything is a good choice. I’m so glad you made an awesome turkey soup. Maybe we will sway you over to the soup side some day.

P was so very anti gravy on Thursday and on second TG on Saturday finally licked some and then declared it the greatest discovery since ketchup. So stubborn these children.
Both my kids ate turkey and gravy this year. A first.

Stuffing in soup - cannot get on board with. Can recommend the gravy.
I made stuffing waffles 2x since Thursday. Now all the stuffing is gone.
4c crumbled stuffing mixed with two beaten eggs. Waffle it. You’re welcome.
