Do any of you still have your N13 kids in 5pt harness seats?

I don't. But I threaten to move him into one when he won't stay seated right lol.

no. We moved him a while ago. He's now moved to the backless booster and is begging to get rid of it entirely but he's way too petite. He'll be in that for a while.

Depends on the car and the trip. DD prefers 5pt for anything longer than 30min (and is still FAR from outgrowing the Diono), but has no problem using it daily. She's in a high back booster in one car for around town trips. She will also bring the low back booster with her if she rides with anyone else.

He’s been using the seatbelt in a high back booster since he turned 6 maybe. He wants to switch to just a regular booster and I’ve been thinking about switching him when he turns 8, but I don’t think I’m completely comfortable with it. He could fit in this high back for a long while, but I might give it another year until we go the regular booster. The only reason it’s on his radar is because we carpool with a neighbor and he just sits in the middle seat for the short drive. He hates having to sit in his seat when the other kid has to sit in the middle in our car.

No, mine is in a backless booster and will probably be in nothing soon but he’s a giant and is almost the same size as my 11 year old.

As I suspected lol.
As of tomorrow my child isn’t legally required to be in any kind of seat and my H is insisting we keep him in his freaking 5pt.
It was no big deal until recently and now he’s begging to move to a booster because obviously he’s the only one 😏

Hi SweetPotato! Both girls have been in a booster for a while. My 10 yo recently ditched the booster. My N13 kid wants to as well but I told her not quite yet. She's tall though so she'll probably be done with it before the 10 yo was.

C is in a backless booster. Legally he can be without but the seatbelt doesn’t sit right yet. It needs to be not resting on his neck. C is begging to go without because one of his friends uses nothing but even though they are the same height their build are different and the seatbelt sits correctly on him.
My neighbors 8 yo is in the five pt still and her 10yo is in the high back. That seems excessive.

Late to the game but we just switched to the seatbelt with a booster this summer. My goodness! It is so much easier. Happy early birthday to M from his birthday twin! ❤️

L is in a high back booster. He hit the weight or height or both for the 5 point harness a while ago. He’s asking to be without the back but he has problems keeping his seatbelt correct with the back so until thats not an issue high back booster it is.

Both kids are in a high back booster. Dd up until recently had a bumper thing over her lap up until mid chest. They’re both to light to legally be allowed to be transferred in ‘just’ a booster.

We have the maxi cosi rodifix and I think it's pretty slick. We also have the diionno booster that the back comes off of when just want a low booster.
