I have thought very seriously and even gone so far as to Put On my biking clothes for the past 4 days. Maybe tomorrow will be the day I actually ride!

Hiked 7 miles Friday, Zumba yesterday, yoga today.
I did actually finally call my dr and have a physical and get blood work so waiting on those labs.
I was doing a nice slow and steady weight loss and consistent diet etc until last week we had a bday party midweek, and then went camping, and then everything went to hell. Hoping to get back to it this week.

I put on workout clothes today knowing I only had one client the whole day. I managed to get in some squats and 25 push-ups in a row before my shower, so I will plan on doing some sort of workout this afternoon.

Rowed 5k Monday. Walked in the morning Monday and Tuesday.
Tonight is yoga, because I may hop on the bike 30 minutes before.

Since I started my new job, I haven’t been doing my actual workouts at all. 😓 I want to get back into it.
But I will say, I have been taking the dog on 2-3 walks a day so at least my body has moved a bit.

Since I started my new job, I haven’t been doing my actual workouts at all. 😓 I want to get back into it. But I will say, I have been taking the dog on 2-3 walks a day so at least my body has moved a bit. I was just reading yesterday how great walking is for burning fat. Not that I am implying you have any fat to burn, but it made me feel good since I at least walk the dog regularly.

I finally got myself on the bike for an hour this morning and I feel so much better. I am going to start fasting 5 nights a week again, starting tonight. I just cannot be bothered to significantly change my food choices so at least fasting will help curb the frequency of my eating.
