- pasta with sauce

- Roasted broccoli, potatoes and mustard/ansjovis marinaded chicken thighs.

- Cod with roasted potatoes & green asperges

- Thai green curry with noodles, broccoli rice bok Choi & prawns

- onion soup with bread & cheese

- veggie burgers, salad and fries

- Moroccan chicken, salad and roasted potatoes

- pancakes (yes for dinner 😉)

- tacos

we had sausage and roasted veg last night. Super easy, cut it all up, toss it on a pan and into the oven. Cadence had a banana.
Tonight I'll do cheese enchiladas with rice and beans. She'll eat these. They aren't healthy, but so so easy.

nam2013, we do pancakes (and eggs, sausage, waffles, ect) for dinner at least once a week!

Oh we do that too sometimes, breakfast for dinner (not that anybody would ever eat that for breakfast over here 😂). But this is just pancakes, my h bakes then almost as thin as crepes and you eat them with a treacle like syrup, (powdered) sugar, jam… you can switch it up by making apple/cheese/spek (a big like bacon) pancakes .

We had chicken breasts I seasoned and cooked in the IP last night, with pasta and sweet potatoes. Left overs tonight. I may cook a spaghetti squash to go with it.

Later this week I’m doing shrimp and veggie fried rice from TJ’s and the kids will probably eat chicken sausage that night.

I have frozen ground beef, so maybe burgers end of the week. I grabbed beyond meat patties for me to try so I’ll have this that night.

I made a ravioli bake tonight. It was super simple and everyone liked it.

I realize this was for yesterday but I have a suggestion. Last night we did tacos. Tonight I’m making these pork chops with roasted broccoli and potatoes. I use the air fryer but I’m sure you could also bake them if you don’t have one.

-Every so often I'll cut up sausages or bratwurst, some kind of root vegetable (potatoes, carrots, turnips) peppers, tomatoes, onions, and usually white beans, heavily spice and pop them in the oven.
-Sheet pan pancakes are super fun and easy. You can do corn cakes this way too with bacon/sausage/ham and eggs
-Shakshuka
-foccacia with veg on top

nam2013 I've made pork chops with baby potatoes and fresh green beans, melted butter or olive oil (I prefer garlic grapeseed oil) on the bottom of the pan first, then sprinkled over everything, then ranch dressing mix sprinkled over everything. The only issue I have is that the potatoes and green beans cook so much faster than the pork chops, so you might put your meat in first, then add the sides, so that the meat doesn't dry out.
