Ended up doing a Barre workout last night. Not my favorite, so today I got in a 15 min full body kettlebell workout + 20 stretch routine. Followed by a green protein smoothie
I'm not surprised that I've kept up workouts the last week-ish. I WILL be surprised if my motivation continues

Walked 2.5 miles and >15 flights of stairs Monday and Thursday. Zumba Tuesday. And yoga Wednesday, fri, and 7 am today. I lost less than half a pound this week, but I just started my period so I’m all bloated and was snacky this week. I made good snack choices so I’m not disappointed in myself. But I’m still disappointed in general. I just feel gross about my body and the way my clothes look and feel.
It doesn’t help that I saw an acquaintance that I hadn’t seen since pre-covid. And looks like she lost covid-19 while I gained it. So we are now like 40 lbs between us which is like whoa.

I did a 45 minute workout this morning! Walking downstairs after a leg workout is a risky activity 😅

First workout in 2.5 weeks. Back to school and work stress really kicked my ass. 20 minute tabata and 20 minutes of boot camp.

I ended up not doing anything yesterday, so today I made sure to get in an inner/outer thigh workout, then a calf workout.

Only I could be stupid sick and not eat for 3 days, and gain a pound. Wtf.

We have family pics tonight. Everything I was considering to wear is 20lbs too small 😭😭. I need to be more consistent with my exercise and nutrition. My self-confidence is in the toilet.

Worked out Friday.
Walked this morning (3.4 miles).
Going to try to work out tonight.
I’m went to measure my waist last night. I was bloated and got depressed at the number. I know I can do better. I need to do better on the weeks and stop relying on food and alcohol.
