After 8 days without riding the bike due to being busy, I squeezed in a 20 minute ride before dinner.

Yesterday we walked almost 4 miles, and today I did am yoga.

I am 4 weeks post-op today and feeling really good. The surgery didn't "fix" everything but we now know a path forward to try to alleviate some pain.
I did a 75 minute ride on Sunday and 40 minutes yesterday. I'm planning a 30 minute class tonight.

I was doing well last month and have kind of fallen off the last few weeks. I went for a bike ride last night after the kids went to bed and I couldn’t stop smiling.

Working hard again. Very frustrated with my body. 7am yoga today. Also did yoga Wednesday and Friday. Cardio Monday and Thursday. Been eating good all week. Still gotta find a way to work in strength and abs.

We took a bicycle ride yesterday on a dirt trail. 13 miles! That's half a marathon! My legs and butt are vv sore. We treated ourselves to ice cream and sushi. So, ya know, balance.

I need to go here again for my mental health. I want to solo walk or do Pilates in the mornings again. If my county ever gets it together, I really want to join a gym (with childcare!!!) but until then any YouTube Pilates anyone love?

I did 85 minutes on the bike this morning and smashed all my previous records. I felt amazing after I was done and really should do this more often.

I don’t know what’s wrong with me. I workout consistently for like 10 days and then take a week off. Then back to a bunch of days in a row. It’s annoying.

Was on the paddle board yesterday for maybe 15-30 minutes. My left arm and neck are sore. There was a decent wind coming back in that I had to brace and paddle on one side for most of the time.

Zumba Tuesday. Walked 2 miles Monday and Thursday. Yoga Wednesday, Friday, and 7 am today! I even woke up before my alarm!!
I did pretty good this week. A little more rice than I meant to eat = a little more carbs than I meant to eat. But I finally broke down and weighed myself. Down 1.5 lbs this week. Hooray!

I went for solo walks while MH did bath time on Wed and Fri. My mental state needed it, and we'll do that again on Mon. I don't know which needs more care right now, my mental or physical health.
