Had my CD3 ultrasound today. One side looked good and ready to grow follicles. The other side had a cyst. They did bloodwork and my estradiol came back at the top of the normal range - she called it a gray area for going ahead.
I decided to start Femara tonight anyways. If my follow-up ultrasound shows the cyst growing too much, the only thing I'm out is the $20 of femara. At least we'll have tried this cycle.

I NEVER have spotting. Like, never ever ever. But here I am, CD5 (my period only lasts 2-3 days) after 2 days of Femara and I'm spotting.
Is this normal for femara? I never had spotting with Clomid. Could it be because of the cyst?
