KA: I'm re-committing to doing some body weight exercises at home while the kids are around. Lunges, squats, push-ups, calf raises etc.
Self care: We had a death in the family (my step moms father) so even though it's not immediate family I took the allowed bereavement time. I could really use some down family time. Normally this is something I would work through.

Protein shake for breakfast, Lara bar for mid morning snack, burrito bowl for lunch (beans and chicken), and a protein snack for the afternoon.
I need to work on increasing my water intake again. I think this might be why I'm so tired in the afternoon.

Toast w/pb and banana for breakfast, not much coffee.
All kinds of healthy snacks/lunch at work. My chickpea salad, a regular salad, cottage cheese, dried snap peas, and fruit.
Hard to move a lot on work days but I'll try to get up and down stairs a few times and get in a decent walk outside.

Usual breakfast of yogurt and hard boiled egg, one coffee and 16 oz water. At the gym now for bike and yoga. Physical therapy this afternoon.
I think I need to call someone about my depression and meds. Over the weekend and yesterday, I had some pretty low times with a lot of anger and self hatred. Some people say that's not normal. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I turned down ice cream at work today.
Ate a peach, grapes, and a salad with leftover roasted corn and cauliflower on it for lunch.
I plan to do some sit-ups, push-ups and catch up on water intake when I get home tonight.
