Walmart Great Value brand Chile Garlic Tortilla Chips. They are less than $1 a bag and AMAZING. I rarely shop at Walmart, but find reasons to go sometimes, just for these chips.
Julio's are also really good.

Late July are a staple. I also like the Hola Nola Creole chips. And Vista Hermosa if I want something exceptional. (They may be local to NYC?)
Whenever I visit my parents, I love the tortilla chips made by Acme (grocery store.)

I like Santitas. They're made by Frito Lay. But I usually buy store brand and they taste pretty good. El Milagro are good too but I don't know if you can get them outside of Texas.
