Or not eating. TTMA your cravings or aversions. I'm just starting to have nausea and nothing is appetizing. I have a lot of Mexican food leftover from Saturday but the thought makes me gag. Saturday night I had a grilled chicken bacon ranch sandwich that was delicious. Tonight I'm thinking about egg salad sandwiches.

No aversions, and no real cravings I can think of. Although last week I had scrambled eggs, leftover mashed potatoes, and a frozen chocolate covered banana for dinner. MH thought I was having weird cravings already but it was just what took the least amount of effort because so. tired.

So far same as last time. Pizza, Mexican, and pasta. Hopefully the fruit cravings also come back because right now I could use some non carbs.

I got Hawaiian pizza for the first time in a millennium, seems early for cravings, but who knows. I'm already feeling queasy and it's a week or so earlier than my perevious pregnancies.

I haven't had any extreme aversions, but nothing really sounds good. I'm just kind of walking around in a constant state of nausea:/
I've been eating a lot of sunbutter and jelly sandwiches. But I'm not sure if I'm craving it, or if it just doesn't make me gaggy.

Sorry wrong board. This is why you shouldn't post at 12:30 when insomnia kicks in. Lol.

no real aversions for me either, just nothing really sounds that great. i've had a few waves of nausea that i don't really remember having last time. i think the sweet cravings are sneaking their way in. i'm not normally a huge sweet person (give me all the chips!), but i gave in and bought ice cream this last weekend. i was hoping to hold off a little while longer!

No food at the moment sounds or tastes appealing to me. Everything tastes blah, so weird. Could be my congestion, idk.

Right now I'm eating homemade pasta. A lot of it.
No real cravings/aversions yet. Although last week at work, I did actually enjoy Philly pizza. Which says a lot because Philly pizza is gross.

I have my first aversion....coffee...NOOOOOO!! This was my first one last time around. As I was drinking my coffee this AM I was thinking enjoy it while it lasts. Lol by the end I could do a little as long as it had a lot of milk, not pregnant I drink it black.

I have aversions to most food right now. Nothing sounds appetizing. Bland is best if I do decide on something. Pasta with butter and salt, bagels and cream cheese and Lipton chicken noodle soup are basically what I can handle. So far pretty similar to my last go-round, where meat is gross. Which sucks because I'm pretty sure my iron is low.

MH thought I was having weird cravings already but it was just what took the least amount of effort because so. tired. I agree with this. I am eating things that take very little effort. Which results in me eating 3 chicken patty sandwiches on one Saturday. Lol. Its not because I am craving anything, it's just because tired and that's pretty easy.

I sat on the couch with dinner on my lap for 15 minutes tonight (leftover BBQ chicken wings) before I put it back in the fridge and poured myself some cheerios instead because I just did not think I could eat them. I was too nauseous. I am also drinking a glass of milk on the side... Which sounds normal because I am eating Cheerios but in reality I don't ever do milk. Not in my cereal, not in a glass. It just seemed like it would help me feel better? And either it or the Cheerios worked because I do feel better!

It's one of my major food groups on any given day. And milk. I should have bones of steel with all the milk I drink.

I am sure that my bones and my baby will thank me.

We were of milk but DH picked some up today 😊 I like to drink a glass before bed. My theory is I'll feel less ravenous which = nauseous when I wake up. And MIL theory is milk helps you go to sleep. I *think* it helps.

I *think* it helps. My great grandmother always drank a mug of warm milk before bed. And cookies... Lol. To "help her sleep." I think it was the cookies. Haha.

I even tried a large McDonalds French fry tonight, and that was blah too. I couldn't finish them so I gave them to my husband. That, tells me there is definitely something not right with me. lol -.-
