I think most of our TMI are pregnancy related anyways so its getting bundled! Any new symptoms since many are at the end of 2nd tri and I know a bunch are already into 3rd tri!

I got up to pee and have now been awake for nearly 2 hours. To add insult to insomnia, I'm sitting here googling "body odour during pregnancy" because I stink, even a few hours after showering. This isn't a new development, but it definitely seems worse/more noticeable these days. Gross.

Everything hurts and I'm dying. Don't ever fly with an almost 2 year old lap child at 26 weeks pregnant.

My biggest symptom/issue/complaint is my stupid leg vein. I have a big history of varicose veins, so I've had a tiny patch on on left leg for years, that's not my big issue.
My biggest sad panda issue is this huge, blue, twisty vein that has also always been there but is now right at the surface and looks disgusting. It runs all the way up my leg. Whee genetics.

I wish my hips didn't feel like they were ripping apart at the seems. Ugh. This same exact thing happened with DS and it didn't get better until about 3 or 4 months post partum. I think it must be because I carry so low and end up getting SPD. Trying to keep my knees together and do all the recommendations they suggest for minimizing SPD pain/damage.
Other than that, baby luuuvs to kick my bladder, so I'm peeing every 2 hours. 😩

trinitrotoluene, you should get some kind of medal for that. Holy cow. I wish I could poop as much as my 3 year old. Hell if I could poop half as much as he does everyday I'd be a happy camper.

Sympathy LT ladies! Not really a symptom is it?? YesterdayI tried to trim my toenails and paint them and my bump was in the way so I gave up and contemplating going to get a pedicure this week? First I'll try to see if hubs would be able to help trim them for me He did it the last time but it was really only like the last month or 2 I'm sure. I don't remember being so maneuverable this early ???

My hips are trying to detach from the rest of my body, I'm pretty sure. My stomach is definitely squished and I need to start eating more frequent, smaller meals. But I'm so hungry all the time!

Also, I don't know how many times I need to tell DH that I want him to stay away from my boobs. Also, I can't think of anything I'd rather do less than sex. And I have a dentist appt coming up. 😂😒

I'm addicted to Tums. I pee constantly. My hemorrhoid is back. Sleeping is hard. Sometimes, it feels like bones in my pelvis are moving/stretching/cracking. It's not painful, but weird. And I can hear it. What is this?

And I can hear it. What is this? Sounds like it could be SPD to me. "The main symptom is usually pain or discomfort in the pelvic region, usually centered on the joint at the front of the pelvis (the pubic symphysis). Some sufferers report being able to hear and feel the pubic symphysis and/or sacroiliac, clicking or popping in and out as they walk or change position." I definitely have the popping and clicking noise, esp if I roll over to switch sides while lying in bed. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Symphysis_pubis_dysfunction

Everything hurts and I'm dying. Don't ever fly with an almost 2 year old lap child at 26 weeks pregnant. I had DD on my lap at 18 weeks pregnant but couldnt imagine 26w! God bless you!.. I'm 28w and We flew this past week but she had her own seat this time THANK GOD and it was a huge difference, she ended up on my lap for a few seconds here and there but I couldnt imagine a whole flight! And on the way back we used her carseat which saved our lives also!

It's a third marriage for both of them, so they kept things simple. Minimal drama from my siblings, which with my siblings is a huge deal. I looked good, so once we get the pictures, i might share some.

It's going to be nice that until the end of time you have family photos of you pregnant and you are happy with the look.

I think I've finally figured out what all my pain is from...SPD. it's obviously not officially diagnosed, I'll talk to my doctor about it at my appt next week, but as I was reading this article last night I started crying because it's EVERYTHING I've been feeling (also bc I was in a lot more pain than usual). I went into a Google spiral, nothing bad, just a lot of helpful resources and pelvic exercises that I hope to keep up with. Mentally I feel better, hopefully the physical part will follow

It is definitely not to be trifled with, but I am happy to report that mine went away on its own by about 3 or 4 months post partum. It really sucks though and it is so painful. Just try to act like your knees are glued together all the time! Lots of rest helps too. Sorry again...I was also shocked by how few OBs and Midwives in the USA know about this condition. Don't let them blow you off if they seem whatever about it! Physical therapists that specialize in pelvic floor tend to be the most knowledgeable about it.

I was hoping it'd go away instantly Wishful thinking. It's been SO hard not to cross my legs, I never noticed how much I do it while I sit at my desk. Currently sitting here with glued knees I had no idea physical therapists specialized in pelvic floor stuff, thanks for the info!! I will definitely be looking into that

rachydc Sorry for the PP news...maybe yours will go away quicker? I think a long labor/vaginal birth + SPD = more time needed to heal one's pelvis. Plus, I think hormones have some role to play as well. I felt like it was never going to ever get better and was so discouraged around 6-8 weeks PP - but then it resolved and I felt totally normal again. So hope that brings some relief/hope to you?

I would definitely bring up your family history and concerns with your doctor. Was your mom able to fully recover? Hang in there and I hope you can get more info and some reassurance from your doctor. I know for me, I was told not to deliver on a birthing stool or in a squatting position. Maybe they will have some ideas/suggestions for you along the same lines. Sorry again - I get the same worries. ETA: One last suggestion - try to do things sloooowly - like brace yourself or prepare to "support" yourself before you stand up. Get into bed sloooowly...if you roll over, roll slooowly - using your arms to help shift your weight. It is really, really hard for me to move slowly - I tend to do things quickly and efficiently. But try to make it a habit and it will become your new normal until things get better.

But try to make it a habit and it will become your new normal until things get better. I thought you'd find this funny, I just got off the phone with my mom and was telling her my woes. I haven't brought up SPD to her bc she's not the brightest crayon in the box and I assumed she'd have no idea what it meant. I told her I was afraid of splitting my pelvis like her and she's like "well I had SPD, so you're ok" and I was like "I DEFINITELY have that!!!" And we both were like "shit" lol I wonder if it's genentic? I haven't read anything like that, but man what a coincidence. My moms build couldn't be more opposite than mine. Shes tiny/petite and I'm tall/kinda more meat to me, but anyway just found that....interesting. I know what I NEED to do to ease the pain, it's just getting my mind and body there. It's not in my nature to be slow, calm, restful. I don't even know how to relax! Hahah so I'm tryinggggg, I am, but it's a real mother effer! Thanks for all your help xo

So I complained in the randoms thread about my stomach feeling off. But the longer it goes on, it feels like it's more of a cervix pain/pressure than my stomach. Almost a cramping feeling, but really low. It's constant and feels different than my usual BH so I'm not sure what's going on. But it's really uncomfortable.

I keep peeing myself when I sneeze and randomly other times too. I definitely need to look into pelvic floor therapy.
+whatever to hemmi's, lower abdomen pressure and reflux/heartburn.
