Cycle/month: 11/11 TFAS
CD/DPO: 20/7
Timing: O, -1, -2
Testing Plans: Only if my temp stays up.
Rants, Raves, Chart Stalks: After not being able to get an RE appointment until October, I got call back from a different office today and we have an appointment in August! I'm ready for a plan.
QOTW: What's on your bucket list (or goal list) this year? Bucket list: Hawaii for our 10th anniversary. Goals: finish our current house project and hopefully start on the kitchen

Cycle/month: 5/5 TFAS
CD/DPO: 1DPO
Timing: Today is +1 and we may try again to cover our bases. Otherwise we hit O, -1, -2, -3
Testing Plans: I'm really going to try and hold off but I have no self control and am a serial POAS-er. I'm temping too so I will keep an eye on it.
Rants, Raves, Chart Stalks: I'm feeling very hopeful this cycle since we had very good timing and really hope this is it. I can't help but have a sinking feeling of "what if it isn't?"
QOTW: What's on your bucket list (or goal list) this year? Kid free vacation with DH somewhere warm.

Cycle/month: 1/1
CD/DPO: not sure/2
Timing: O, +1
Testing Plans: I'm hoping to wait till 12dpo but will probably try at 9dpo because I'm impatient.
Rants, Raves, Chart Stalks: I'm not optimistic about this cycle because I just stopped the pill on June 26. I never had any bleeding so I started taking leftover OPKs from the last time we were TTC, and lo and behold I got two days of positives. I don't temp so I'm not sure I actually did ovulate, but I did have some characteristic ovulation pain so who knows? Our timing wasn't great because I wasn't expecting to O any time soon.
QOTW: What's on your bucket list (or goal list) this year? Bucket list: Hawaii! We've got a kid-free trip planned for the fall. Goal: to have all chapters (minus concluding chapter) of my dissertation written by December.

Cycle/month:8/7
CD/DPO: 20/9
Timing:-4,-2,-1,O
Testing Plans:Wednesday morning if no AF (it's due tomorrow)
Rants, Raves, Chart Stalks: Just really discouraged. I'm not even excited about testing as I'm already convinced it will be a BFN. I watched Storks last night and cried like an idiot through most of it.
QOTW: What's on your bucket list (or goal list) this year? Other than TTGP? We move into our house next month. I can't wait to just get our life back to some sort of normal.

Cycle/month: 1/1
CD/DPO: 17/3
Timing: O-4, O-2, O-1
Testing Plans: None unless my period is more than a few days late.
Rants, Raves, Chart Stalks: Welp, this would not be a good cycle for us to get KU with all my medical stuff going on. We're taking a break after this. After one cycle 😣. We had already HIO though so. We'll see.
QOTW: What's on your bucket list (or goal list) this year? Overall I'm trying to appreciate all the wonderful things I have in my life.

So, I haven't posted over here much lately, because the TWW is more torture than anything these days. But since I gave myself away by lurking, here's where I am...
Cycle/month: 17/13
CD/DPO: 33/9
Timing: -1, -2
Testing: hah.
RRCS: this is a natural cycle after failed IVF, so my body has been pretty wonky. I had O pain and good CM back from CD13-16, then nothing. But my temp didn't spike until CD25. I actually ended up taking a test around CD27, because I hadn't gotten crosshairs yet and I was confused about what my body was doing! So, I have zero hopes that anything will happen this cycle, but here we are.

sammysam, do you normally have a short luteal phase? You say your 9DPO but AF is due tomorrow? If that's typical I'd recommend talking to your doctor since that's too short for implantation to occur.

Cycle/month: 3/2
CD/DPO: cd29/10 dpo
Timing: -2
Testing Plans: Tested. BFP today!
Rants, Raves, Chart Stalks: well, we only half-heartedly tried this cycle but here we are! Seeing family next week and will probably announce despite it being so early because we only see them in person a few times a year!
QOTW: What's on your bucket list (or goal list) this year? I am scheming up a solo weekend in NYC. Going to try to enter the lottery for Hamilton tickets at least once.

I've had LPs of average 8-10 days the last two times I've concieved. I did go to my OB about it the last go-around and she basically shrugged. Turned out not to be a barrier for me.

bonzo Yeah. My LP is typically between 9 to 11 days. When I get a positive OPK then I usually start spotting 12 days later. I don't temp so I can't confirm O but I get very sore breasts right away after O (which is what I base my guessing on). When I got KU with DD my LP was 1 day longer...so it's always been on the short side. I'm also still BFing my 3.5 year old and I'm 38 so I know things aren't really on my side. My LP is "normally" 10 days...which it might end up being this cycle too...and it was 11 last cycle...I know I'm on the shorter side but I thought I was still ok?

shadesofgold Thank you:) I thought I was still ok with 9-11 days...I think I remembered you posting this before (that your OB didn't seem to think the length of your LP was a big deal)...unless I am remembering that wrong and it was someone else...but I've been taking solace in knowing your OB's reaction.

So, for me LPD was what sent me to the RE, which discovered other issues that would make natural conception practically a miracle. So I'm glad that my doctor told me to see an RE. What my GP said was that since my LP was typically 8 days, but had ranged from 6-11 days, after a full year off BCP there was probably an underlying hormonal imbalance and I should seek help. 10 or 11 days, while on the short side, might be nothing. If you're comfortable with it, and your doctor isn't concerned, then I don't want to make you worry.

Congratulations shadesofgold!!! sammysam, Have you spoken to your OB at all about TTC? It was my understanding that if you're over 35 and have been trying for 6 months with no luck then it's time to get things checked out.

Loss TW
I also got a BFP but I'm currently in beta limbo hell, almost certainly having a chemical pregnancy. I've been told to prepare for the worst. So. The positive is the progesterone I started this cycle bolstered my 11 day LP enough for me to get pregnant. Now just waiting to confirm this isn't going to stick so I can stop it.

Cycle/month:1/1 ttc (TFAS), last month we ntnp, hit -2 but bfn
CD/DPO: 26/8
Timing: O and O/O and +1 (after midnight on O)
Testing Plans: I should say Wednesday, but probably tomorrow
Rants, Raves, Chart Stalks: This is my first month temping. It's so interesting to see the data, but also frustrating. People have perfect charts that's don't lead to bfps and messy charts that do lead to bfps. The whole process is so stressful.
I don't know if I know has to post my chart...my temp has been dropping.
QOTW: What's on your bucket list? I'll probably focus a lot on ttgp and if that doesn't happen easy I am hoping to shed some more pounds.

charliefox Yeah...that's the next step. I'm OOT until September so if we haven't conceived by then the plan is that I'll make an appointment to see someone when I get back. We haven't really talked about how far we want to go in order to conceive this time around...but it looks like an appointment is in my future.

bonzo Thanks! I am actually a little worried about it (and thank you for pointing it out...sometimes I'm not sure whether I should be worried or not) but I figured we'd give it six months and see what happened. We're past that mark now but I'm OOT so when I'm back in September I'll probably be making an appointment. I'm glad they were able to find some answers for you and get a course of action. I'll be interested to see what my Dr. has to say.
