I'm working from home today so I can take H to his clinic appts at 11. I'm hoping to get a lot of information today. Also hoping H does well because we'll be there about 3 hours.

Evie has her psychologist appointment this afternoon so I'll leave work early today to be home for that with her.

I really don't know how much more I can take at home. Im at my wits end, cried on my way to work, and am just done. I feel like H is fucking clueless and not stressed about everything like I am.

tgrimes thanks for asking. She got worse again last night and could only move with a lot of pain as her medicine wore off. I just got her covid result and thankfully that was negative. She hasn't woken up yet but thankfully she was able to sleep through the night because her headache has been so bad it keeps waking her up. I'm hoping she turns a corner today.

Morning. Dd2 still isn’t feeling well, I took her to our gp yesterday to have her lungs checked, but luckily that all sounded well. However after four nights next to no sleep I’m beyond exhausted. If only she would take a bottle 😣. The weather still sucks, so my mom came over to felt with dd (she’s teaching me too) and my dad played games with Ds.

My h is doing a high tea with his mom and his sisters on Mother’s Day and I’m unreasonably annoyed. It’s sweet of them and I do not want the drama that will ensure if Dh does not go, but men I wanted to do something fun for me/our family in Mother’s Day...

mamabear I would feel exactly the same and I’m not sure what I would have decided to do (I had the second shot last month). It is such a difficult decision!

Nah probably a few hours, so I’m annoyed over nothing. I’m just sleep deprived and our little tradition was to go to the zoo, of course those are closed & I don’t do well with change (it was fun this last year 😂).

But that's me. Its similar, but not the same, as adults who chose to get it vs not. Im going to do what makes me comfortable and keeps me and my family safer, but not judge those who don't do the same. We don't even agree about it in my own home!

Cadence is at the office with me today. She does well here, so I don't think anyone minds, and if they do they haven't told me anything. She sits quietly in my office with the door closed doing her school stuff. She came all last week.
Today she is here because mh is getting his 2nd shot and the timing of it is weird, so I'll need to leave work at 3 to get her to dance class.
Then she has girl scouts tonight, hopefully at the park if it doesn't rain. Our park just finished the new playground and shes been dying to get on it.

My moms cat brought in another chipmunk. And set it free. My dad is currently using a fishing pole to try and scare it out from under a dresser. We never found the other one.. my dad keeps yelling at Blu "damn it Blu, if you're going to hunt you have to kill these things!" "You can't just move the whole damn family in here!" "How am I supposed to catch it now blu?" 😂😂😂

The meeting yesterday went great and he will likely accept the position. I asked how soon he will start and they will do a background check before he starts, which may take 10 days. That means he will be out of work 5 weeks. With no income. And he doesn't seem bothered by this.

Like, he's going through all the additions to the new house like its nothing. And looking through the list of fireworks he wants to buy.

And I'm the only one thinking about bills.

We were talking about the truck we had to buy last year when he switched jobs because he can't drive his car everyday. We are likely upside down on it since we have only had it 9 months. Fucking great. Another bad, unnecessary decision.

We got in an argument before I left for work because he didn't think evie should go to school again today, I said she should. I think she's playing it up, because she knows time home with dad is coming to an end soon. She did this same thing before I went back to an office.

I have the electrician here to change out a broken outlet. There is a chance of storms today. The local channels all have the weather on because there is a tornado warning just south of us. MH said he got a really bad storm overnight, too.

That’s a lot. I would really be annoyed and mad at him planning to spend in the future when he is sitting at home with no income. Glad he likes this new opportunity and I hope he can start ASAP.

Covid test came back bright and early as negative.

Cass is feeling awful. Whatever it is, it's spreading up her joints from her extremities. It's moving from her wrists and ankles up to her elbows and knees. She can't move without extreme pain, she's listless, and her face is now covered with this splotchy rash. I know her medical team yesterday was concerned about her and stressed to bring her back in if we had any concerns. MH is taking her there now. I packed a bag for him so he'd be more prepared than I was yesterday in case it's a long day.

My boss is an idiot and I have some paperwork I have to redo today (I've turned it into him 3-4 times over the past year and he hasn't done a thing with it, but now he suddenly needs it today. So I'm trying to get that done quickly so that the important stuff is taken care of if I end up needing to take off the rest of the week.

M can't go to school until we get clearance on Cass and has to quarantine so she'll probably be going out of her mind again at home and not able to go to the park so I'm letting her sleep in.

mwhip + whatever to carrying all the mental burden of everything. It's a lot. I'm sorry your H doesn't get that. I hope the new job comes through quickly so he can get back to work and at least alleviate 1 worry for you.
