A bunch of vendors rent booths to sell their products and you have to buy tickets to enter. The whole thing is a fundraiser for Houston Ballet.

I had fun with my girlfriends last night. They brought so many claws and trulys and refused to take the extras home so now there is no room in my fridge for food when I go shopping later. DS1 has his next tournament game in a few minutes and then we will know if he goes to the finals this afternoon. If he does, one of my parents will watch the boys while I take DD to her game.

I’m working on my economics class today. I’ve finished college algebra, finance, and accounting. I’m hoping to finish this class this week and that would mean I have finished 4 classes in under a month.

Hey. I’ve been outside for the last few hours digging holes and moving plants so I could get my new tree planted. I’m sore for exercising yesterday so I’m sure I’ll be super sore tomorrow. I stopped to put V down for a nap and to eat lunch. The girls and I are leaving soon to go to a musical my niece is acting in. DH is staying home with V because he’s having some side effects from his vaccine. Headache, fatigue, body aches. Not too bad.

I do this every 18-24 months. I donate it to various charities that make wigs for cancer patients.

We went to the lighting store to look at stuff for the new house. So many choices and no way the lighting allowance is going to come close to getting the lights we need. We found a chandelier that was over 11k!

We are going to my moms for dinner in a bit

H is trying to decide if he is going to work tomorrow. His workplace is toxic. They hired him with the promise of making him a manager, he has made many good suggestions, but not changes have been, or ever will be, made. Every day he comes home and tells me how much he hates it. I hate it for him, I've been in the situation. I told him he could quit and we would figure it out until he gets something else. He had an interview last Wednesday that went good, although its a change and farther commute, but its promising. So he's debating just not going back to his current employer. I told him I support whatever he decides.

The previous answer I received was that builders prefer to have everything purchased from their store so it all delivers on time and doesn't make for a late close. And if anything we buy separate has an issue and effects the electrical, the builder won't warranty it.

We have replaced plenty of light fixtures in our current house with Home Depot light fixtures with 0 issues.

So I emailed them again for clarification.

It's like summer here. It's the last day of the spring fair so I took the girls. It's the Covid friendly version and they're having fun. At one point when we were doing a drive thru section they both went apeshit and starting attacking each other. I was about to leave as soon as we could get to an exit and have them skip the rides but they straightened up so they're having a ball now. They feel really grown up going on without me and handling their own ticket. Cass was just tall enough to go on the big coaster.

DS’s team lost in the championship game. DD’s team tied but she was soo happy because it was by far the most physical soccer game she’s ever played in so it felt like a win to them. Now I’m drinking Claws to make room in the fridge for things like food.

H decided he isnt going to work again. He's going to call his boss tomorrow morning and tell him he's done and explain why. He sent out multiple resumes tonight and contacted a few companies about getting a CDL and driving a truck.

Fingers crossed he finds something fast, which I think he will.

He is going to drive me crazy though with getting evie to and from school. He's still having his mom come over tomorrow AM, even through he will be here, to take her to school. I told his mom that him and her could work out picking her up.
