I have so many. Several cherry varieties and heirloom. What's your favorite way to eat them?
If you have a foolproof pasta sauce or salsa recipe, I'd love to hear it.

I love fresh heirlooms, sliced with burrata and a drizzle of olive oil and sea salt.
If I can keep cherry tomatoes on hand I throw them in pasta salad or green salads. But more often than not, my 5 year old eats them like candy.
In the summer I also love a really simple pasta dish - spaghetti dressed with chopped tomatoes, basil, olive oil, and feta.

Quarter the cherry tomatoes, sliver garlic thinly, chiffonade some basil and marinate it in a very generous amount of extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper for an hour and then put it on top of grilled bread for the best bruschetta.

My darn kid will not eat the cherry tomatoes. I feel like your child is probably the normal one in this comparison.

Chicken caprese
Saute or grill chicken Top with sliced tomato, mozz, and basil. Broil until cheese is melted.
So good and easy too.

Caprese and bruschetta mostly. And caprese paninis. I have never made my tomato sauce with fresh tomatoes but I don't see how that could be a bad idea.

I'm making this tonight. Can't wait. Everyone in my house devours it and I put it out at a party a couple of weeks ago and it went super quick. I hope you enjoy!
