5 people in the office went to a damn wedding this past weekend. 1 of them was scheduled to be out until tomorrow, 1 of them worked from home this morning because they were "feeling under the weather", so who knows wtf he showed up to the office this afternoon, 1 of them was coughing like a maniac in his office this morning.
I swear to dog I better not get covid because these morons decided to go to a super spreader wedding and not wear their damn masks.
Plus, the attorneys that weren't at the wedding are planning on vacationing next week. One to Mexico and one to the Bahamas. STAY HOME!!!!

nam2013 yey!!! That's great news!!! lahdeedah good luck with the course! Remind me again about moving? I remember you are waiting for the end of the school year, but isn't your H moving earlier? Have you told the kids? Is M sad about leaving friends?

inthekitty NJ has a vaccine registry that already existed for kids. I remember signing consent to sign my kids up at the hospital. The paperwork I did for my shot asked for consent for my Covid vaccine to be added so I said yes. Not sure how anyone accessed that information but is stored for those who opt in.

Thanks girls. You’re all amazing. It’s been a weird few days. I got called that they had vaccin surplus and that if I could get there within half a hour I could get the shot. So one down one to go. I got the moderna, anything I should be aware of side effect wise? I mean I can read it online but I’m always up for personal experience. Yay for getting the shot! After my first dose I had a sore arm right away, and then the next day I was nauseous and had a headache. |

Morning! Trying to get everything done for the idiot taking my job. I'm copying a guy from our corporate office on emails from every supplier with notes, so that when he fails, someone else has some clue. I don't know why I care so much... H is home sick again. He went back to the urgent care who did the Covid test Friday and saw the dr, who told him there is a bad cold going around, causing similar symptoms, and prescribed him steroids and flonase. Hopefully that makes him feel better and he can go back to work tomorrow. I really want Thursday and Friday to myself! It’s because you take pride in your work. I hope the old job appreciates it. |

I picked up the stools, brought them home and realized immediately that they were the wrong size. 🤦🏻♀️ So I returned them right away because I didn’t want to miss the window and they were already loaded in the car so it was quick. Such a pain in the butt. I ordered some similar looking stools from the target website instead. I made sure to double check the dimensions this time.

I haven’t pressed him about it because it’s months away. Well now I have less than 3 months, but it seems like it’s still so far away. I need to throw together some boxes so I can start putting some stuff away. We just talked to a realtor there and I am lost on what to do because the market is hot and there is not a lot out there. |

Hi hi - I am starting my capstone course and oof, let's just hope I survive to mother's day..just in time for the cicadas to come out here😑. I've also been hanging in the royals thread, I'm loving the oprah memes too.
I recall reading that the paper cards are super old school, but easiest in a mass vaccination situation like this. There were lots of reasons, security, trust, scalability, accessibility, etc. I guess it was likely the least bad option, so went with that.
Pdq:
My work is working through how to track self-reported vaccinations, which will factor into our requirements to get onto campus. Right now I cannot go to my office at all, it's all done digitally and must have prior approval and daily health attestations. It's intense, which I appreciate. I do miss my sad cube though.
