Hi everyone! We didn’t do too much yesterday. C and I went for a bike ride but it was freezing. My parents stopped by for a visit and it was really nice. We had movie night and watched New York Minute with the Olsen twins. Of course C loved it and really liked the twin Roxy who was the bad girl.
He told me the other day that he and his girlfriend broke up “because it got too complicated” he said he doesn’t want a girlfriend right now, which I’m happy about since he is 7!!
Today we need to get him a new baseball glove. He had a preseason little league workout tonight. Little League here is intense. He has another workout next week and then two weeks of pitching clinics. Hopefully he still enjoys it since we didn’t get to play last year. He has a couple of friends in the league so hopefully he will have one on his team.

It's A's 3rd birthday! He doesn't get it but we are having fun! He loved donuts for breakfast and is terrified of his ride on airplane we got him. Happy Birthday A!!!!! |

We watched Raya last night at Alamo draft house. We were the only ones in there! It was H’s first movie theater experience and he did pretty well. Today we have swim lessons, MH gets his first vaccine and then we’ll go to my in laws’ for dinner. I need to squeeze some laundry in too.

Guys don’t feel guilty about getting vaccinated ahead of others. I felt guilty as well and then it was pointed out that any person vaccinated is one less person that can pass it on to someone who may get very sick from it. We all play a part in the bigger picture. The recommendation from our epidemiologist our work consults with is take a vaccine as soon as it is offered. All of this as I also had guilt. Literally billions of people need to be vaccinated. There's no perfect way for us all to line up in order of need; some who need it more may be behind those who need it less, but in the end the couple of weeks or months between will just be a blip. Because of the logistics with refrigeration and vial size some meds have gone to waste. Always better to be another vaccinated person then wait in honor of someone who needs it more when they might not be able to get it right now anyway. |

Our boss was patting himself on the back because we got out at 5 yesterday. He thought that was a good thing. Nope. We still worked a 10 hr day even though we were done with patients at noon and sitting around for 5 hours. Do not congratulate yourself for that shit. It was more than disheartening to hear he thought that was an accomplishment. As a comparison people I know from other states routinely get out around 3 which is still a 7-8 hour day depending on when they start.

I was about to go to a Boyz II Men concert when I woke up this morning. I couldn't even dream the fun part of being in the concert but had to be waiting outside the arena. B O R I N G.

I got all my paperwork done and straightened out. One of my drivers is trying to basically run our business and after a few attempts at putting him in his place, I think I was successful today. I'm over his shit though. He's moving on from us in May and I can.not.wait. A made dinner and cleaned the kitchen. I got all the kids bathed and in PJs so I think I'm going to duck into the basement to run on the treadmill for a bit. I have my 2nd to last load in the wash now. I should be done but one load wouldn't spin out, I put to much in and it threw it out of level. So that took some time.
A and I made our meal plan and grocery list and meal prepped his food for the week. I need to do mine tomorrow. He's down 10 pounds in 2 weeks. I'm up 5. WTF.

One of my teeth fell out. Omg! What happened? Was it in the back or front?!? Front. I just got an appointment tomorrow at 200 to get it fixed. A few months ago E kicked my mouth really hard. It hurt but I didn’t want to go to the dentist. I knew I should have. And today the tooth that hurt when I first got kicked came out while I was eating a burrito. |

Honestly I don’t think it’s fixable. I think I’m going to have to get an implant based on what I can tell. Pray for me, I get high anxiety at the dentist office.

I hope it's an easy fix chrisy01. My cousins daughter did that to her right at the start of the pandemic. She was grateful for masks until she could get it fixed lol. |

klong11 interesting about the teeth = money worries. We actually just paid off my car. Whoop whoop! As far as the arm goes, mine was pretty sore the first time, so sore I could barely move it the second time, but it was mostly better by the next morning. chrisy01 sending positive thoughts. lahdeedah I didn't see the interview but just saw some articles about it. Agreed about the BRF. They can get bent.
