I love coffee so I'm curious. Let's see how a poll works on mobile.

I drink 2 cups of home coffee most days. I put almond milk in it so I'm confident I'm under the 200 mg. Some days I have a couple sips and it makes me feel gross but I think I'm past that now.
With DS1 I did no coffee til 3rd tri. I don't know how I did it.
With DS2 I did 1 cup til 3rd tri then 2.

I have juuuust started to be able to tolerate coffee again, thank god. The lack of caffeine was rough for a while there. I voted 1 cup a day, but right now it's more like 1/2 a cup just because I can't usually stomach a full cup. I can tolerate it for the caffeine, but still not thrilled about the taste.

2 cups of dark roast at home. Same as with DS. Sometimes less because for some reason I could drink it like crazy earlier this pg but am starting to lose my taste for it these days

I put SS because some days I have a little and some days I have none. I try to go "easy" on the caffeine but I don't feel guilty about an occasional soda or Cup of coffee.

With DS coffee made me crampy, which made me nervous, so this time around I just skipped it for a few weeks. Now I have the occasional cup, but it's not that appealing at the moment.

I can't stomach the milk in coffee right now so I haven't been drinking any. I am however drinking fresh brewed iced tea. I usually do two a day but I don't feel really guilty if I go over a little bit. I am so exhausted that it's not keeping me awake either.

I have an espresso in my milk every morning. Sometimes a have an afternoon coffee out or coke or iced tea. I would say 1-2 caffeinated beverages a day. I love my caffeine and do my best to stay under the 200.

I don't drink caffeine in pregnancy, but I do make a decaf some mornings if I want the coffee ritual!

I said I don't drink coffee anyway which isn't exactly true. I drink it maybe once a week but I get zero effect from it. I literally can't tell the difference between decaf and regular. So I usually drink decaf when pregnant since I can't tell.

The only thing that is appetizing in the mornings is a Frappucino type drink from a local coffee chain. I always order it with an extra shot of espresso. I have never done the math on how much caffeine that is because if I didn't have one of those then I wouldn't be able to eat most mornings 🤢 bonus: it helps me poop lol!

I am proud of myself though, I have managed to completely give up pop (with the exception of giving in to my Coke craving once in a blue moon). I used to drink 1-2 cans a day! I have been doing sparkling water with a splash of raspberry lemonade instead :-)

I switched to half caff when I got pregnant but lately I don't care much for coffee. I'll drink maybe half a cup. I used to drink half a pot pre-pregnancy.
I have been drinking pop a couple times a week. It helps with the nausea.

I don't drink coffee or tea and I try not to drink too much pop, but I'm not always successful. I've switched to mostly caffeine free for what I drink at home but I don't pay much attention when I order soda out because I know I don't drink that much otherwise.

I don't drink any caffeine in pregnancy (and usually don't drink more than maybe 2 servings a week outside of pregnancy). I've also been big on flavored sparkling water right now- for some reason regular water makes me queasy.

I do one in the morning now. At the beginning I was completely cutting it out but my OB assured me that up to two cups a day is totally fine.

I always have a cup of coffee in the morning. Sometimes (probably once a week) I have a Coke that day too and sometimes I'll have an afternoon cup of coffee (which is rare).

I said ss. Some days it's none, some days it's a glass of tea and occasionally a Pepsi (it helps with my nausea for some reason).
H and I were just talking this morning though how my new ob didn't give any guidelines on food/drink.
