slenle mmmm that name is not my cup of tea. And I love babies, I love this stage, I would have 11 more babies if we could handle that amount of kids. We’re like 95% sure this is our last one (well I’m 90, Dh is a 100%) so I’m sure It’ll will feel a little bitter sweet when my sister announces she’s pregnant in the future.

Thanks guys! So far I have felt a little dizzy. This happened last time as well the first day-dizzy/nauseas. But it’s not too bad. Time will tell over the weekend but I’ve reserved the right to call out of life if necessary and prepped DH🙂

I’m feeling good that in a few hours, DD and I head out for the night. Around 7pm yesterday, DS was asked to play in a local tournament this weekend so we were trying to rearrange the weekend. Tomorrow DD competes at 8, FIL is coming up by us to get his covid shot, and now DS has the tournament. There will be lots of juggling to get everything in but I’m happy to be busy again, I thrive on chaos.

Not much going on over here. C is giving his gf her Valentine’s Day gift today so I hope that goes well. He should have a fun day regardless with parties at both school and aftercare. Work was slow and I only needed to get four hours in so after I got my vaccine I was done. Then my neighbor and I forced ourselves to go walking. It was 7 degrees this morning and I wanted to bail but there is this elderly woman who goes for her walk everyday when I am coming back from dropping C off. She was out today and I saw a couple runners so I felt guilty. It wasn’t too bad since it’s sunny.

So my something good is that I got my butt moving today and I got my second vaccine.

nam2013 I’m glad you are doing better. You “sound” a lot better. I was concerned since you had so much going on with a new baby and quarantine.

Due to the inclement weather, school is going virtual for Monday & Tuesday, which means daycare will also be closed. FML.

wedding i am doing better. I was doing everything out government asks/mandates and then some to avoid any risk. I hadn’t been out of the house unless for a walk around the block in almost 2 months, I hadn’t seen my friends (I have two close ones) in months, didn’t went into any stores etc. I let my anxiety get to me. Last two weeks I’ve had tea with my sister and coffee with a friend (with distance, windows open etc). It has been nice.

Ugh. I had emailed Evie's rhuematologist yesterday to see if we were doing the methotrexate this week since we skipped it last week to see if it helped her stomach. She wants Evie to see a GI Dr, so I'm waiting on that call. She also wants to do ultrasounds of both of her knees again, so I'm also waiting on that call. And yes, we can start methotrexate again, but not to take any NSAIDS until she sees the GI dr.

I'm just like a wave pool today...ups and downs. I had reviewed the job description prior to the call and got really excited about it. This one, if they offer top of the range, isn't a big pay cut. There is nothing in the description that worries me, I can handle it. It was a very quick call, like 12 minutes. They asked me to describe myself, what about the position interested me, and a time when I've had a difficult experience. Then asked if I had any questions. Told me I'd get a call today or Monday if I moved on, then they are doing in person interviews next Friday and they will make the decision at that time, who they are moving forward with. It's a brand new position so the person they hire can really make the position what they want it to be.

Fingers crossed guys...I really think I want this one.

I got my tape off this morning and everything looks great! He also met me in the middle for my next surgery. It's supposed to be 90 days after the first, I was hoping for 60 so he said 75. Then I looked at the calendar and that would be the week of my soon to be SILs Bachelorette party. So 90 days it is... I'll still be healed by the time the pool opens so it's fine.

A is busy in my laundry room. It looks so great. I'm in love with the cabinets and having all my cleaning supplies out of sight. He'll be done building today. Tomorrow he'll be sanding, staining, filling the holes in the walls and painting over them.

Work today was looooong. It was the first day of the move and it was a bitch. Yesterday several people left to take carloads at like 11:30 and never returned. I was left to pack up the copy room, supply closet, my office, the reception area, and disconnect Smokey's computer and shit because she didn't bother showing up, all on my own.
So this morning I get to work at normal time to finish disconnecting my counter and phone and pack up the kitchen. No one shows up until like 9. Wtf?
Smokey and coworker who takes all the time off don't show and gave the nerve to text me asking if I can mark things in their offices and fit other things in my car to take up to the new office.
Uh...no.
Movers show up hours late and then say today is just for loading, not unloading. That did not go over well.
Finally get to head up to the new place around 2 to unload my car and everyone is basically just hanging out. I was not happy. These are all attorneys, so I can't really say shit to them about, but damn was I annoyed.
So I will not be showing up for a Saturday of unpacking and crap. Hell no.
Not to mention the world has frozen over here. All of the trees are huge icicles.

nam2013 2 good things: an entire wall of my new office is glass. Today I saw a huge flock of robins flying and hopping around in the yard outside. It was great.
Also, all these icicle trees are GORGEOUS!
