Grandma Marie’s Corn Casserole INGREDIENTS ½ cup butter ¾ cup chopped bell peppers ⅓ cup diced onion 1 7 ounce can whole corn, with liquid 1 7 ounce can cream corn 3 beaten eggs 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1 box jiffy corn muffin mix DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Grease a 9” by 13” baking dish. 3. Sauté peppers and onions in butter until soft. 4. Pour peppers and onions (and melted butter) into baking dish. 5. Add the rest of the ingredients to baking dish. Stir gently until mixed. Batter will be lumpy. 6. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, until lightly golden brown and set.

This is the one my grandmother used.
1 stick of butter melted 8oz sour cream 1 can sweet corn NOT drained 1 can creamed corn 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix 2 eggs
Mix all ingredients together, pour in 9x13 pan and bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until done. Easiest recipe ever and always popular.
