I'm currently at work. Mh is already off at his friend's house for "band practice" and he'll be gone all night.
So its just me and the cats tonight. I'm hoping to finish TPT and start Bridgerton.

I just finished a 2 hour course for sexual harassment. Super fun. Both of my jobs require so much of this shit it's insane. A bunch this year was able to be virtual due to Rona, but for some reason they thought sexual harassment still had to be both in person and an awkward extra course over the phone. So stupid. |

Mario Party is also popular with the kids. It's expensive but Ring Fit is fun for exercise. I've been enjoying it and Maddie plays it too.
Me: Cass, come join us playing Ring Fit. It's so much fun!
Cass: I don't like to exercise and I don't want to be fit.

My mom was here for a bit, played air hockey with the kids (today they learned that Nana is super competitive and plays to win, ha) and helped me get everything off the tree. Bless her. Now I just need to pack it all back up. The kids have been outside much of the day, it warmed up to the upper 60s here. Laugh all you want but when it goes into the 20s in Florida at night, that is COLD for us, lol. vino you are supermom to do/organize all that. I feel you...the kids have SO much to play with and things to keep them entertained but C especially still wants a 'playmate' for certain things and B/the neighborhood boys do not fit the bill. There's a house on our cul-de-sac that will be coming up for sale soon and I'm praying a family with some little girls will buy it. |

Y'all want to know a 'miss' gift...Mouse Trap. B/c I'm having to set it up and I am assuming the kids will play it for 5 minutes before a fight will break out and they'll abandon it. I set it up on Christmas day and then moved it to a table in the basement where it is going to stay fully put together because what a pain in the neck some of those pieces are (I’m looking at you base number four) |

I started Bridgerton last night. I don’t like period pieces or really anything about royal families, but I am loving this. I only made it two episodes in but I’m excited to watch more tonight. |

I told my kids I dont want to talk to them until dinner after we came back from me taking J sledding and MH taking B skating, and what do you know THEY’RE FINE!
I made a caesar and might attempt to watch an episode of Bridgerton.

I swear I checked in earlier but I’m not seeing my post. Maybe I forgot to hit submit, I’m losing it. It snowed all day and the kids went out to play in it twice, and then I worked tonight. I really don’t mind training people but it gets so old when I’ve done it almost every shift for months. I will be very happy when everyone is trained for a while. tgrimes I’m glad she’s doing better! |

As Tangina from Poltergeist: this house is clean. Got all the Christmas stuff put away minus the tree. The ornaments are off so it'll only take about 20 minutes to actually take it down. I wish we could leave it up. It feels so good. This is seriously one of my most dreaded tasks of the year.

As Tangina from Poltergeist: this house is clean. Got all the Christmas stuff put away minus the tree. The ornaments are off so it'll only take about 20 minutes to actually take it down. I wish we could leave it up. It feels so good. This is seriously one of my most dreaded tasks of the year. l know a few businesses that leave the tree up all year and decorate it for whatever holiday/season it is. Maybe you could start a new tradition. |

I was in charge of putting the holiday decorations up at work this year. So I didn't do it. No one even missed them.
