When S got out of bed yesterday morning, he was complaining that his lower leg was hurting, looked like his calf up to the back of his knee. I thought charlie horse and was telling him to walk it off. Throughout the day, he would say it was better, then complain again. This morning, he was really complaining agian. Seems odd to be a charlie horse that would last so long. Anyone ever experience anything like that with their kids? It's just the one lower leg, no where else. Growing pains? Dehydrated? B has it periodically in his calves, usually just one leg at a time. We do heating pad and if it gets really bad, Tylenol. He’s pretty good about drinking water but I’ve heard eating potassium rich foods like bananas can help. I also read online that a lot of physical activity can cause it (almost like overexertion) and to have them do stretches. Not sure if this resonates or helps but just what we’ve had luck with! This is helpful. I thought he might be dehydrated, but he is normally a heavy water drinker. I'll throw a banana at him when he gets home. He also did go sledding for a long time on Saturday so maybe he stretched his leg in a weird way. Thanks! |

We started Noelle on Disney + last night. It's been on there for a while but it's never seemed that interesting. We'll finish it today because so far it was really good. guster The Wilds is on my list as my next workout show. I should finish Third Rock from the Sun tomorrow so I need something new. |

Sorry for the postal issues. If it makes any of you feel any better, with one of my packages earlier this month I wasn’t getting any tracking it stopped like 4 days before it showed up. So maybe it’ll arrive today even if the tracking doesn’t say it is going to. PSA: if any of you want more masks for your kids or yourself, old navy has their holiday designs for $2 in store. I got H a pack, because why not, and I don’t really think they are super holiday-ish. Thanks mwhip and jewels (I think, I’m sort of losing it). I did take ibuprofen and it’s starting to take away the symptoms. They aren’t terrible by any means, definitely manageable. Woohoo to baby day flamingo! |

ha! speaking of shipping woes. I ordered a last minute gift for my Mom, a jigsaw puzzle of a few of the kids pictures, and was searching for a reputable company. Decided against the American ones cause shit gets stuck at the border, I want to support local blah blah blah, find a website, says Canadian company has .ca on it felt good about spending my money there. Get the shipment notification today and it's coming from the UK! I mean I'm part of the commonwealth but damn I was duped.
Imma guessing this aint going to get here for Dec 24th....

guster I made rainbow cookies too today, they looked okay pre bake, not sure how they’ll come out of the oven 🙈. Sometimes the color turns on the pink and I’m not happy with the browning edges. |

I hope you feel better, trtlcrzy! Add me to the packages issue. I ordered two adorable Christmas dresses for Josie, and neither has shown up. The tracking said they tried to deliver yesterday but couldn’t. We got a ton of other things I’m not sure why there was a hold up on that end. |

+ whatever to delivery woes. Canada Post says 'we'll update you on your delivery regularly'..... last update Dec 9th. MH is not so patient and keeps opening the front door to watch for a delivery as if that is going to make it come quicker. I am yh. |

Our neighbor, like a down the road neighbor, texted me this morning that somehow two of my packages got delivered to his house.
I’ve been out of the house since early last week, so I’m going to pick them up today and then will take a leisurely round about 15 minutes out of the way back and get myself a Starbucks.
I also really kids to play outside so that will be my fuel.

Add me to shipping woes. We ordered a book set and I got a tracking number on 11/28 but it still says it’s waiting for package. The book shop says they mailed it already. They said they don’t have another copy so I’m getting a refund. Target was the only place I could find it reasonably price but won’t ship until January. It was a gift from Santa to L. Now Santa is giving him a DVD. When the set arrives it will most likely be a reward for something.

I just got a message from an eBay user wanting to buy a Kate Spade purse I had listed in Feb 2019! She asked if I still had it and if I would come down on the price a bit. I had to go dig in my closet to see if I even still had it! 😂. I didn’t realize I had an active listing still. Lol! But, as I was digging I found several other purses I could sell too!

Change of plans! I got a calendar alert that the big girls have a dentist appt so now we are at the dentist. V and I are sitting out in the van because my tummy is still upset so I don’t want to sit in there.

Sorry for all the shipping woes, especially for you lfig. All my orders have arrived so I was surprised when UPS left a box. I was extra happy to see it was supposed to be signed for by someone over 21 and not to be delivered to an intoxicated person. We have gotten several such packages and only once did they actually ask for a signature. |
