I don't normally care for Free People, but I like the buttons on this one.

jubilantsquirrel I'm a sucker for army green and just got myself an army green coat from the gap. So my vote for the jacket is green. The free people shirt is cute. The pink is nice. IIRC you have dark hair, so I think it would complement the shirt. YES YES YES to this earrings.

I love the earrings!
I'm not a fan of the free people shirt.
That other one I love the pinkish color.
I like the jacket in green.

There's another jacket in my cart, better than the one above?

I like the first jacket, in green. Shirt is cute. Pink isn't my colour, but it is pretty. Yes yes yes to the earrings.

I'm late to the party but yes to the earrings and the second green jacket.
Also meh on the pink shirt, I'd prefer it in white.
And the free people shirt is take it or leave it to me.
The first cardigan is versatile so I'd probably have gotten it, in tan personally.

I got the second green jacket, the pink shirt because I have very little color in my closet, the cardigan in gray and the earrings.
I stayed away from the handbags and kids clothes and I didn't like any of the flats they had.

jubilantsquirrel I'm planning on gutting my closet soon and investing in some staples. Better believe I'll be coming here for some help. I tried trunk club which uses Nordstrom for their supply, and I think my stylist was a former LSD user or something. I should try and find the pictures of the last trunk she sent me. I didn't even let it get mailed out it was so horrific. And those earrings!! Absolutely gorgeous.

I used them for about a year and cancelled when I got pregnant. It's a little pricey, but I liked 90% of what they sent me and it's all been decent quality stuff.

I get a box every three months. I've actually had my best luck when I was pregnant. They sent me some fantastic maternity clothes. Actually, the maxi dress I wore for family pictures today was from them. I've gotten some pretty mehhh boxes that I'll end up returning all or most of, but every time I go to cancel they hit it out of the park.

I am liking this field coat trend; I like the green jacket you got jubilantsquirrel. I want a Barbour real bad (insert Napoleon Dynamite gif here) but they're not cheap so I should probably be practical and find a less $$ version but I love the real thing. I will have to check and see if they're on sale.

sophiegrace or any one else who potentially has them. My favorite running sneakers are my Nike Free 5's. I haven't tried any newer version of them though. (Aside from those, I'm a Brooks girl.) I saw your awesome sneaker collection so by any chance do you have Nike Frees and if so which ones, did you notice a difference between 'models' if you have more than one? For anyone else who runs, what's your favorite sneaker. Looking for lightweight, minimalist but not like barefoot.

Sorry kleigh, I have no suggestions. I never got into the lightweight, minimalist shoe thing. I've wanted to try something, but since I've always worn something more I'm scared I would end up injured. Let me know what you try or have tried!

I've wanted to try something, but since I've always worn something more I'm scared I would end up injured. Let me know what you try or have tried! The first ones I tried were Brooks PureFlow, not the lowest but I think next level after that (I think they have 3 tread levels in minimalist style). I liked them but always left something to be desired. In fact, vs those ones I preferred my traditional sneakers. But seriously the Nike Free 5s are AMAZING. so lightweight and supportive at the same time. They are easily the best running sneaker I ever tried. I tend to get shin splints and was afraid of that with these but I've had zero issues. That said, I wasn't doing halfs or anything.. just maybe 3-4 mi every day or two.

FFFC: I have been wanting some Nike Free's. Not to actually run in, mind you, just to look like the cool kids.
I do want to start working out again when we get to VA, though. I'm going to look into Stroller Strides or similar (aka the "stroller mafia" according to DH...we used to make fun of them when we were DINKS living up there. And now I might be one. Never say never...!)

kleigh I'm also a fan of the free 5's. I don't wear them for working out or at work because I need more support in a shoe, but I love wearing them with black leggings and a longer top. My most recent pair was from a few months ago and I would say they're extremely the similar, if not the same as my two-ish year old other ones I have. Brooks have been completely written off for me. The Ravenna used to be my go to and then they had such a drastic design change that the new ones killed my feet and shins. I was in the midst of discovering my current love of mizunos so I ditched Brooks and never looked back. Mizunos are my favorite, and I have a range of styles, but I wouldn't call any super light so I'll save my suggestions on those unless you're looking for change. Asics have also been good to me, but they also have recently changed the design of their Gel Noosa tri which would have worked nicely for you. The new toe box is too rounded and narrow. The 9 and below are great though. Supportive, but no correction. The gel nimbus is like walking on clouds and also neutral, but a bit on the bulkier side. The minimalist sneaks I do have I don't recommend for running. I only have them for leg day when I'm going heavy and need to be as flat on the floor as possible.

sophiegrace I noticed a change with Brooks as well. I have had probably 10 pairs of adrenalines, but a few years ago I had to start buying insoles to make them actually work for me. Such a racket. I have a pair of Asics to break in, if I ever go running again..maybe I'm just a walker now though. Womp womp

I want a Patagonia pullover from the sale, but the women's ones don't fit me well. I kind of need a men's oversized one.
I don't have early access so I am not torturing myself by looking too much, only for it to be sold out next week:( I'll probably find something for MH's bday, but I kind of overdid it on prime day, so need to cool it a bit in the shopping department.

I can't stop thinking about purging my closet and starting over with quality basics that I can mix and match.
I talked to H and I think I'm going to wait until I can eat dairy again to see if I go back up to my pre preg weight or if this is my new normal. If it's the latter than I'll need new clothes anyway.
Will be turning here for help because I really like everyone's style and I suck at dressing myself.
