Good Morning!
Rainy day — Kids have school, and I forgot to buy berries for the week, so back to the store I go after drop off.
MH is all virtual this week bc of “two known large gatherings” that “produced multiple positives cases.” I’m happy to have him here.

Today I will be doing all the laundry, dishes & cleaning the disaster in my house that MH & the kids left for me.

Morning. Baby girl is back at birth weight already, so she’s doing great. She keeping us on our toes during the night, but she’s so cute she can get away with anything.

The kids got to hand out their treats at school today, ladyfingers dipped in white chocolate & pink muisjes (sugar coated aniseed), normally we have to be sugar free at school, but they made an exception for this occasion:). We also printed out some pictures for them to bring & show.

The post partum nurse just left, Dh is about the bring ds to his swim class, so it’ll be just us girls in a bit .

Why are the kids so hyper today? I need to brew some coffee and get my butt in gear.

I’m at work it looks like it will be an ok day. M has DL today, but his teacher messaged us this morning that she won’t be meeting with the kids today and to just complete the math and language lessons on Canvas. I’m kind of glad because he is at the neighbors house with our babysitter and their two kids. He can do it all himself no problem, but I felt a little bad to put it on her to make sure he logs on the two times he was supposed to. I feel better that he can do those two lessons now and be done for the day.

Morning. H is back to school today, thank god. N is home since public schools are distance learning now, but since his preschool is private, they can make their own decision.

So we’ll drop him off in a bit and then I don’t know what’s on the agenda. I did absolutely nothing all weekend while it was just me and L here, so I should maybe do some laundry. I do have a hair appt this afternoon, which is needed.

Morning! I’m doing laundry today. This morning S decided to spit her medicine out on my bed and pillow! So that’s in the wash first. Why does laundry never seem to end? Also need to clean house today because S has an infusion tomorrow. Don’t want the nurse to think we live in a pig pen 😂.

Tonight S has speech therapy then I have to take my Jeep to get the windshield replaced.

Possibly. When I was asking about M’s birthday this week he said to invite their family. My friend said it would just be her and her son. I called her and told her the entire family was invited but she said this was fine for now.

We haven’t discussed anything that needs to be hashed out yet.

MIL told us last night that MH’s aunt tested positive yesterday. She hasn’t been feeling well for a few days, but she doesn’t really go anywhere but a store or two every week so didn’t think she has it. She does and they are not sure where she got it from. Her daughter teaches and they see her often and her H works part time at the post office, but neither of them have symptoms. They are all quarantining now and we’re hoping she can avoid the hospital because she has had health issues in the past.

B is back at school today - hallelujah! I’m enjoying the peace and quite in my home and then plan on going for a jog during my lunch break.

Sorry to hear about yh’s aunt lahdeedah. Those are the really worrisome ones, where it’s someone who is mostly home all the time anyways, it’s like how in the heck did they get it.

The weekend was alright around here, housework, my Mom came so we all had a good visit, I got to run to the mall right at opening yesterday morning to Old Navy, did a couple kids projects and B had a 'Who am I' homework project then poof the weekend is gone.

The kids decided to swap roles this morning and Julia was up at 6.45am and B slept until 7.30am, when I asked her why she was up she exclaimed 'I just cant wait to wear my new clothes'....neat.

I'm not feeling 100% and not sure if its me ramping up any symptoms in my head or if they're really that bad, but I'll book a covid test for tomorrow morning to be sure.

vino my brother said everyday my SIL improves a little. The med she is on is a 5 day IV treatment, so Wednesday is the earliest she may go home, but she needs to make lots of improvements. She's still on oxygen and when she gets up, they have to increase it.

My brother went to see his doctor this morning and got tested again, they're now saying 3 to 5 business days before results will be in. He said he's still tired and achy, so I feel confident he has it, but at least his temp has been normal since Saturday AM.

H sent me a text about people from his office out sick...I took that time to tell him I'm worried about him and Evie getting it...or giving it to his older unhealthy family members, and that I think we should stay home on Thanksgiving.

He hasn't answered me, but I know he's at least thinking things through. I think I may win this.

Which means I now need to figure out what to cook!

Ugh to large gatherings guster. I’m glad the school is being proactive.

As of now we are still going to my parents for thanksgiving. It will be just our family and my brother so 6 people. We are all going to wear our masks when not eating, try to keep a distance, and freeze our asses off with all of the windows open.

I got all of our decorations up this weekend. I ended up returning the tree that I cut the wire on after finding a bunch of bent branches that caused big gaps. Im also working on my holiday cards. Are we doing a swap this year?
