Morning. It’s my mom’s 60 today. You’re only allowed to invite two people over 13 per day, so it’s just my sister and me are going there to have a surprise dinner with my dad and my mom. We’ll bring the food & everything. We asked everyone in my mom’s circle to make a short video with a birthday message and my sister edited it into a short movie and as soon as it’s possible again we’ve got her and my dad a gift certificate for a husky sled ride with a chance to see the northern lights. I hope she’ll love it all.

My kid is being an absolute shit this morning and I can't wait to take her to school.

We found out its full DL through January at least now. I understand, but it sucks. *sigh*

In other news after 3 weeks of weekends and working for my other job I have the next 3 days off. I can finally relax.

Morning! I’m working at the second job today. Not a bad day so far. Nothing special happening today.

My dad is in surgery and they think it will last at least 6 hours. The MRI didn't show any tumors in his brain, but they won't know if it went into the nerve until today. Apparently if did, they'll sacrifice the nerve to get the cancer and then he'll be referred to another specialist for nerve reconstruction surgery. He'll probably be in the hospital till at least Wednesday.

Morning. Everyone is at work and school. I’m hanging at home with V until it’s time to pick up S. Tonight we have conferences for her. My tongue feels super weird. I think it might be an allergy thing, but not sure. I can taste and smell so I don’t think it’s covid. Super annoying though.

Ha ha ha!  My dad's other 3 kids called him yesterday.  My mother said the oldest (whom no one really likes) only wanted to talk about her new house and that not everything had to be about her.   Ummmmm, take your own advice mom.

B's last day of online is today so it'll be a light day of school for him and we've got to turn in a few assignments. After he logs off I've got to get all his school supplies organized for in class tomorrow, clean his desk, and send an email to the school with some last minute questions.

Just got J from school and MJ is car napping. I've got paperwork to get done because I have 2 hours of dental work tomorrow and I imagine will be numb and then in a lot of pain after.

I started bbm extreme this morning. I don’t think I’m doing the meal plan but I did like the workout. I decided that knowing I’m home for a while, I will do bbm early morning then walk the dog at lunch since my lunch starts 40 minutes before the kid’s lunch. This sitting for 4 hours is killing me, I don’t know how people have desk jobs all the time.

I read sporadically yesterday but never really got to check in. Josie and I ended up attending the event and where it definitely was disorganized and everyone was a little too close together for my liking, it was faster than the intended two hours and many people expressed concerns for future events.
I met up with a friend after and she and I took a hike with the girls when it was done. I know I’m surrounded by hiking trails but it’s not really my forte but this was really easy to follow and super beautiful.

Did anyone watch Why Women Kill?   with Lucy Liu, Ginnifer Goodwin, Kirby Howell-Baptiste.  I just had it on regular cable here and looks like it was on CBS.

The season finale was last night and it was so good!  The writing is so well done and the characters were great.  It was the first season, hopefully there is a season 2.  I highly recommend.
