Underwear is the one non-negotiable item of clothing in our house. It’s not unusual for my kids to lose one article of clothing at a time until they are nearly naked by the end of the day. But they have to keep on the underwear.

My neighbor’s son PTed and never made it into underwear. Someone made a joke about the underwear nibbling his butt (?!) and though it’s been explained a zillion times, he still won’t wear it. He’s four and a half.
It’s fine, of course, except when he wanted to dress up in dresses at our house and stripped buck naked to do so. No bueno.
I asked them to start sending shorts.

Yeah C wears boxer briefs most of the time. He’s so skinning I buy him a size down in underwear and need to put darts in it still.
He wears Jurassic Park underwear and socks. He also has animal crossing socks. He does have solid colors as well.
I buy GAP kids underwear for E. They have a nicer construction and are thicker than Target brand. But I feel it’s hit or miss with all of the fits. E is a stick, but has a butt. The slimmer bikini fits her better than a boy short.
However for swim suits I buy 2 piece ones in two different sizes. She needs a smaller top and bigger bottom.🤷🏻♀️
