My school reopens tomorrow for 2 days and then next week is fall break. I wanted to have 3 of T’s friends over for his birthday next week but 2 of them go to a daycare after school and had a Covid case in their pod so they are quarantined. Every time I asked T what he wants to do he says eat pancakes for breakfast, pizza for lunch, and meatballs for dinner. I guess I should just stop asking and go with that.

One of our smoke alarms is chirping low battery, but we don’t know which one! MH and I are stalking separate spots in the house to figure it out. I just want to go to bed!

Finally checking in.
*whispers* it was gorgeous here today. I was just wondering where all our typical October rain was because overall the month was nice.
Discovered MH is apparently 100 yo and didn't have his FB page private. I scolded him and made sure he fixed it. Wtf.
Watched the Borat sequel last night. Very nice. Holy shit to the Rudy Giuliani scene. One of the scenes was filmed in my town. 🤦♀️
Don't think Cobra Kai has been mentioned here. 2 enthusiastic thumbs up.
I watched Rebecca and found it really boring. 😴

inthekitty have you seen the original Rebecca? I like Lily James so I may watch the re-make while DH is gone but the Hitchcock one is amazing (as is the book). :it was also pretty here yesterday, too: +1 to children who have bladders of steel. I was that way pre-kids so I get it.

Ds came home around 13.15 the other day from an outdoor day, he hadn’t gone to the toilet at all that morning 🤷🏼♀️.

klong11, on weekends C pees probably 3x a day. He drinks a ton but he is a sweater when he is active. I recently found out that one of my work friends rarely uses the bathroom at the office. She will go 8+ hours without peeing! Meanwhile I am in there every 2 hours. Some people are camels I guess.

I’ve had a lot of issues w B holding her pee all day. Glad to see she is not the only one. I also think she doesn’t drink enough water and we constantly battle her on that. Her pedi told her she should be going pee btwn 5-6 times a day. We are lucky if she goes 3 times.

H and I both have bladders of steel. I am pretty sure I don’t drink enough water but even on days I drink a lot I don’t think I go that much.

My bladder is shit, thanks kid.
I also drink 128 oz of water daily (or that's my goal) and I'm in the bathroom All. The. Time. But man, on the days I don't drink enough water, I can definitely tell a difference. I have a 64oz bottle that I try to refill at lunch, that way I know I'm on track to get enough in.
