inthekitty - Document everything. This dude sounds like he could go nuclear if called on his BS, be sure he can't take you down with him. Not to sound like my Mom but he sounds like bad news. I have been. I've got a folder devoted to his BS in Outlook. Thank you. I messaged the entire team that I'm in this morning. If he has the audacity to say check ins need to be done individually with him I'll respond to the entire team that I want a record of it with everyone since he's sending memorandum for record and has missed my individual check ins on numerous occasions. |
