Apples and pb is my go to right now. I also went through a watermelon phase but I'm kind of over that now.

Mac and cheese. Frosted mini wheats with skim milk, or cheerios. Watermelon. More mac and cheese (seriously, its bad). Ice cream. Popsicles.
McDonald's McFlurries for some reason??? I have no idea why this is a pregnancy thing for me. I can otherwise count on one hand the number of McFlurries I've eaten in my life, but when I'm pregnant I can't stop thinking about them.

I have been able to eat almost everything because no one thing makes me sicker than others. I have been craving pasta with tomato sauce big time. Also cheese. So much cheese. I have gone through two jars of pickles since my bfp.

Most things sounds disgusting to me but I've been eating -
Pumpkin and chia seed oatmeal Whole wheat English muffins with pb and j Plums, grapes, cherries, berries Cheese sticks Kale salad (the pre bagged one)
Before pregnancy I was mostly paleo and I'm trying to transition back now that first tri is over. So I'm going to *hopefully* tolerate more meat soon

I can eat fruit. Pretty much all the varieties. So I'm counting on that for a balanced diet lol.
Otherwise it's basically carbs. Bagels, bread, rice, pasta with no sauce.
And sometimes I get lucky and can hold down some cheese.

Food is a minute by minute dance.
Apples are good. Mac & Cheese, pretzels, fries. Gum is my go to if nausea comes in a wave.

Popsicles, Slurpees, fruit. Noodles, pizza, bagels, smoothies. Lemonade. Repeat.
Looks like most of my list is carbs and stuff to drink. Not the best quality calories.

Those have been pretty consistently okay. Most of the time it's an in the moment decision.

I've been lucky again this pregnancy and even though I had more nausea, no food aversions other than salad and raw veggies. I've been eating a lot of Kashi cereal that has good protein (can't get enough cereal!!) and baked potatoes!
