librarylady grilled honey banana sandwiches sound amazing. Do you just do it like grilled cheese in a skillet? I think so, I have never made them. I have made them as quesadillas though, and I have cooked the tortilla in the frying pan, and then spread the pb, honey and banana into the warm tortilla. Pretty tasty. I got the idea to do it as sandwiches from the this pin I have saved of vegetarian sandwiches. I'll let you know how they turn out!

I'm through the wort part of the crazy work period so I'm back in here and back to cooking. (There's been a lot of takeout in my life recently.) So far in the menu:
— goat cheese, squash and beet ravioli with beet greens —veggie coconut curry with brown rice —zucchini fritters with salad and poached eggs —veggie pizza

45thparallel, I'm intrigued by peanut butter burger.. what's that? It's a loaded hamburger (lettuce, bacon, tomato, ketchup, mustard, relish, mayo, dill pickle, and cheese) with peanut butter on it! For 10 years it was awarded best burger in Halifax. Sooo good. ETA: originally with crunchy peanut butter but I use Costco smooth.
